Buu would woop their ass of course. He is about equal, maybe a bit weaker than Gotenks as SSJ3. A SSJ3 is much stronger than a SSJ2, and a SSJ2 is already enough to beat Cell.

Honestly, if Cell absorbed Frieza, it wouldn't give him that much of a power boost. Frieza was far weaker than the androids and furthermore, Cell was not designed to gain any new forms from absorbing Frieza. Cell + Frieza = slightly stronger Cell.
