100% Death Ball (100%デスボール) is the full-powered version of the Death Ball used by Frieza in his 100% Power form. First, Frieza raises both of his hands up in the air and forms a pink energy sphere. Then, he rapidly charges it multiple times, making it bigger and more powerful. Finally, Frieza throws his hands forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Frieza uses this attack during his battle against Goku after knocking the Super Saiyan underwater. Fortunately, Goku manages to catch the 100% Death Ball and punches it up toward the sky, sending it to another planet and destroying it.

100% Death Ball is named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, where it is the same color of the normal Death Ball and is Frieza's Ultimate Blast in his full power form. However, in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, the attack is replaced by the You Will Die By My Hand! energy wave.
