First, Cui charges at the opponent, but stops and backs away from them cowardly. Then, he looks behind his opponent and shouts "Lord Frieza!" making the opponent look away. While the opponent is distracted, Cui blasts them with a powerful barrage of reddish-orange energy waves, finishing with a powerful blast, inflicting a great deal of damage.
Cui attempts to destroy Vegeta with this attack during their battle on Namek. Cui becomes shocked at Vegeta's power level to be 24,000 and offers to make an alliance to defeat Frieza together, to which Vegeta refuses. Having ran out of options, Cui attacks Vegeta with the "Ah! Lord Frieza!", distracting Vegeta by making him believe Frieza is right behind him. Cui then launches his energy wave barrage, creating a huge explosion. Cui believes he has killed Vegeta, but the Saiyan prince appears to the right of Cui unfazed, and reveals his speed has increased with his power. Cui tries to escape, but Vegeta flies after him and attacks him with the Dirty Fireworks attack, blasting the terrified Cui to smithereens in the air.
Appearances in games
The barrage of energy blasts and strong red ball parts of this technique is named Flash Beam in the Dragon Ball Z: Goku Gekitōden. The whole technique was named "Ah! Lord Frieza!" in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, where it is Cui's Ultimate Blast. This attack also appears as Cui's ultimate attack in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2, Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team, and Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi. It is named Duster Impact (ダスタードインパクト) in Dragon Ball Heroes. In Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle, it is named Dastard Impact and appears as a Full Power Energy Barrage Wave instead. Due to gameplay mechanics, the attack can ironically be used against Frieza himself.
In Dragon Ball Fusions, it appears under the name Ah, Lord Frieza! and is a Special Move used by several characters. Unlike other depictions, the Energy Barrage portion of the attack is omitted and only the Ah, Lord Frieza feint is used. It cancels action of a single opponent.
