The soundtrack was written and composed by Bruce Faulconer through his company Faulconer Music and released by Cake Mix Records on September 9, 2003. This is a character album dedicated to Android 18.

- The woman on the cover is highly speculated to be Meredith McCoy, although that has never been confirmed.
- This is the first album to feature vocals in it. Android 18's voice actor (Meredith McCoy) contributed the vocal parts in the songs on this album.
