  • Release date: 2014

This extremely pose-able Android 18 figure was first announced in the end of 2012 by Bandai. Since the original prototype announced in 2012, the piece has gradually undergone some minor paint job adjustments and revealed in 2013. Her leg-wear has gone from dark black to a dark navy blue and her jean-like shorts and shredded top have gone from a teal coloring scheme to that of a sky blue tone. Additionally, her hair has a lighter yellow touch and her boots have a brighter glow. The figure's release date has been confirmed as January 24, 2014 and it is the next in the S.H. Figuarts lineup for the Dragon Ball characters. It was featured in the July 4th, 2014 anime expo. Android 18's facial reaction here is that of complete stoicism and a serious expression with a hint of a smile. Her detail and paint job here is on the mark and an overall excellent replica. The best feature on this piece is likely her mobility, allowing for her torso to be rotated in a clockwise and counterclockwise motion. This piece is likely the most mobile piece yet for Android 18's character and also one of the most detailed additions under the S.H. Figuarts series. The piece also features a repertoire of unique accessories, also incorporating various facial expressions for herself, the android deactivation control device, and an additional Krillin head with surprise element.
