Angry Shout is a powerful Kiai scream technique used by Kid Buu and his reincarnation Uub that was named in Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
Overview
Kid Buu's reincarnation Uub using Angry Shout
The user lets out a fierce scream that dominates the area and depending on the power used can damage to the area and many other adverse effects on the local environment.
It was originally used by Kid Buu shortly after his formation as a result of the removal of Majin Buu from Super Buu. His use of this technique was so powerful it caused the skies to instantly grow dark, shook the planet, and shattered various light fixtures, with the environment turning back to normal only after ceasing screaming so he can blow up Earth with a Vanishing Beam which was stopped by Vegeta though Buu responded by blowing up the Earth with his Planet Burst.
After almost getting hit by Beerus' ki blasts, Champa uses a similar technique to shout loudly at Beerus to stop, creating a massive gust. Later when Goku is asking about Monaka, Beerus uses Angry Shout angrily shouting "annoying!" and sending Goku flying.
The technique was later used by Kid Buu's reincarnation Uub during his match against Goku at the World Martial Arts Tournament though on a lesser scale due to his inability to control his power, though it did cause some damage the arena. During Uub's use of the technique it was identified as a form of Kiai.

Angry Shout in Xenoverse
Kid Buu briefly uses the technique during a cutscene in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z.
It was first named Angry Shout in Dragon Ball Xenoverse and appears as Kid Buu's Evasive Skill. In addition to causing damage and pushing the opponent back, it also restores the user's Ki. It can also be obtained by the Future Warrior as a reward in Parallel Quest 38: Blast of the Super Spirit Bomb!.[1] Beerus also uses a weak Angry Shout as one of his back attacks.
In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Angry Shout returns as an Evasive Skill used by Kid Buu and Janemba. It can be obtained by the Future Warrior (Xenoverse 2) as a reward in Parallel Quest 68: "Old Rivals and Dragon Balls".[2] Champa also uses a similar technique called God of Destruction's Roar as one of his Super Skills.
