Barry Stigler (October 31, 1948 – March 1, 2005) was an American actor and voice actor.
Biography
In his anime voice work, he often used the pseudonym Gil Starberry, which is an anagram of his name.
He voiced Oolong (Mao Mao) in his transformed state in the Harmony Gold Dub of Dragon Ball.
Some of his other roles include Scourge in Transformers: Robots in Disguise, Foreign Minister and Nogi in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and Dr. Makino in .hack//Liminality.
