Mexican Manufactured Beerus Variant A

  • Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods Series
  • Release date: 2013

This hard-to-find model was sculpted by a Mexican Manufacturer. The actual mold is quite unique and unlike other models, as many and most of the bases are just a redone instrumentation of other figures and/or just plain bootlegs of other sculpts. This one, however, is a new model in and of itself and was sculpted and sold as is. The paint job is particularly remarkable for a Mexican piece and it is rather unique and isn't on the poor side as is the case with most bootlegs or copied imports. Standing at 9 inches tall, this specific model is rather well-crafted and stands out amongst numerous others imported from these Mexican Manufacturers. Beerus here is seen with a smiling facial expression, having a very unique sculpt for an anthropomorphic character. There is some extreme detail in terms of the features but the most remarkable thing about this piece is the pose-ability feature, which makes it extremely good for articulation and as a Beerus collectible overall. There is also emphasis on his overall clothing and tail. His feline eyes and ears are carved to deadly perfection. This is the first of five different variants of Beerus offered by this Mexican manufacturer.

These large 2-packs are another unique set of packs released in a series called Battle of Gods Infinite World. The package front features images of Dende, Beerus, Super Saiyan Goku, and Battle-Damaged Super Saiyan Goku. There are two variants of included figures. The first included Piccolo with Goku (and a set of three balls), while the second includes Beerus with Gogeta (and a set of three balls). The Beerus piece is a brand new sculpt. The rest are repaints of previously released pieces under the Banpresto and Bandai license. Each piece includes a rather unique metal piece on their chest.
