Bill Townsley is an American voice actor who works for Funimation.
Biography
Bill Townsley voiced numerous characters in the Dragon Ball franchise including Cui, Guldo, Neiz, Dr. Flappe, and Lord Jaguar. He also voiced Appule for one episode, Babidi in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3, Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road, and Dragon Ball: Raging Blast, and Monster Carrot in Dragon Ball: Origins.
Some of his other roles include Elder Toguro and Musashi in YuYu Hakusho.
He also works as a DVD menu designer for FUNimation. He has designed the DVD menus for various FUNimation anime, including Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler, Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, and Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming.
