Bionic Punisher was named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and Raging Blast series. The attack is called Eye Beam in the Supersonic Warriors series, and Photon Laser in Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World. The attack is also seen in the opening cinematic of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2.
In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, it appears under the name Eye Beam as one of Android 16's Super Skills. It is also used by his alternate timeline counterpart, Future Android 16. In Xenoverse 2, it allows the user to fire eye laser blasts while moving.
