Blast Fist (爆砕拳) is a technique used by Goku in the video game Super Dragon Ball Z. He delivers a powerful uppercut, causing explosions in its path, inflicting a large amount of damage.

The Blast Fist seems to be a weaker version of the Dragon Fist, since it possesses the same colors. It has never appeared in the anime or manga. Blast Fist may be based on the Shouryuken from the Street Fighter video game series.
