First, Burter strikes one of his signature poses as he charges pure blue energy around him. Then, he rushes towards the opponent, knocking anything in his way, inflicting a great deal of damage.
Burter uses this technique against Goku. After Goku easily knocks the brute Recoome unconscious, he combines this technique with Jeice's Red Magma to try and attack Goku. However, Goku easily dodges the two Ginyu Force members so quickly that it looks like he is not moving at all, much to the shock of Gohan, Krillin, and Vegeta.
Appearances in games
Burter uses this attack in Dragon Ball Z Arcade and Dragon Ball Z: Sagas. In Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors 2, Burter appears and uses the Blue Hurricane when Captain Ginyu grabs the opponent. Blue Hurricane appears in the Raging Blast games as one of Burter's Super Attacks.
In Dragon Ball: Xenoverse it appears as Burter's Ultimate Skill where it lives up to its name appearing as a blue hurricane-like attack. When the attack is performed the user's Lock-on is disengaged forcing the user to re-engage lock-on to the opponent after the move is completed. It can also be obtained by the Future Warrior as a reward in Parallel Quest 10: "Defeat Frieza's Army". Interestingly, it can even disable the users lock-on, even if they are under the effects of Prepare to be Punished (learned from DLC Master Pan in the GT Pack 2 DLC) which increases the users stats while preventing them from disabling the lock-on.
