The Bros. Kamehameha is Gohan and Goten's combined ultimate attack in their Super Saiyan forms. When performing it, Gohan and Goten each prepare their Kamehameha attacks. Then, they fire them simultaneously so that the two energy waves merge into a large Kamehameha blast. When this is not enough to defeat the opponent, Gohan and Goten charge more power into the Bros. Kamehameha, inflicting a great deal of damage.
Gohan and Goten used the attack to combat the Legendary Super Saiyan Broly's Omega Blaster in the movie, Broly: Second Coming. However, when Goten wished that Goku was there to help them by unknowingly using the Dragon Balls, Goku came back to life to help coach his sons in the energy duel, changing the Bros. Kamehameha into the Family Kamehameha (which was used to apparently kill Broly).
The attack was named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series as both Super Saiyan Gohan and Super Saiyan Goten's Ultimate Blast (hence the name Bros. Kamehameha).
