The first miniature collectible Cell Jr. model was produced by French company AB Groupe in 1996 (dated 1989). Entitled as the Super Guerriers series, these sets were packaged with 6 miniature figurines in each box and a Cell Jr. was included in the Coffret No. 6 package. This Cell Jr. appears with a crouched battle-ready stance, one hand raised higher than the other. This series was later re-released by Irwin Toy. Others included in this mini figurine set were Goten, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan Goku, and Android 16.

This miniature Part 20 Keshi set has included a few of the characters from the Dragon Ball Z movies, including Bojack Unbound and Broly movies. One of Bandai's Keshi series, it has included characters such as Kogu, Zangya, Bujin, Bido, Bojack, 5 variants of Super Saiyan Gohan, 2 variants of Goku, Super Saiyan Goku, 5 variants of Vegeta, 4 variants of Future Trunks, Perfect Cell, Semi-Perfect Cell exploding, a Cell Jr., 3 variants of Broly, Mr. Satan, Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, Android 18, and 2 variants of Super Saiyan Gohan in mini chrome with bases (one bronze and one silver) for a total of 35 pieces in this Part 20 assortment. The Cell Junior in this set is a rather nice piece as he comes with both hands tightly gripped and a wicked snicker on his face.

This miniature Metaru (Metallic) Keshi Part 1 set has included a few of the characters from the Majin Buu Saga. One of Bandai's Metallic series, it has included characters such as Mr. Satan, a Cell Jr., Perfect Cell, Super Saiyan Future Trunks, Future Trunks, Super Vegeta, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan Goku, Yamcha, and Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan for a total of 10 pieces in the SP Metallic part 1 set. The characters feature a glossy silver shine to the clothing attachments and in Cell Junior's case, his abdomen and wings.

Also included in the set are Super Saiyan Future Trunks, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan in a blasting position, Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan Goku in a blasting position, Piccolo, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan Broly, Zangya, Bojack, and a very unique light blue-tone Perfect Cell. Bandai has released the Soul of Hyper Figuration series, which included a pair of Cell Juniors in volume 6 of the series. Both pieces come in unique postures, one reaching outward as the other maintains a ruthless smirk and crouches. Released in January 2006, the Volume 6 series also included Android 16, Perfect Cell, Semi-Perfect Cell, Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan Future Trunks, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Goku with Yardrat outfit, and Super Saiyan Teen Gohan.

The same Soul of Hyper Figuration set was simultaneously released by Bandai as a black and white alternate coloring scheme. The same pair of Cell Junior figurines are included in this set along with all the same characters from the color version. There is, however, more impression placed in the form of shadow outlining, which makes the black and white version equally collectible in terms of design. Also released in January 2006, this part of the Hyper Figuration series (primarily revolving around the Imperfect Cell Saga, Perfect Cell Saga, and Cell Games Saga was followed by Series 7, which concentrated on the movie characters and some of the Majin Buu saga.

The HG collection has a wide variety of characters released in numerous sets by Bandai. A pair of Cell Juniors have made an appearance in HG Collection Part 16, which was released in January, 2008. They appear to be in sadistically twisted postures here, teasing their opponents with ferocious tenacity. One is seen jumping up, his hands flailing, and other is seen mocking with his tongue sticking out. There's a great amount of impression on their movement, signifying the satirical yet deadly notion of their vicious yet playful nature. Much like all HG Collection series figurines, the collectibles stand smaller in size but deliver a great deal of detail. Also included in this Part 16 release are Pikkon, Super Saiyan Gohan with Great Saiyaman clothing, Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan Majin Vegeta, Goku, and two different variants of Piccolo extending his long Namekian arm (one with his arm fully extended and the other with him preparing to do so).

The "Gohan versus Cell Collection" was another highlight of Bandai's releases that included a Cell Jr. in the roster. The Cell Jr. in this set was modeled with his mocking childish stance, with both hands in front teasing the opponent as he kicks in opposite directions whilst jumping upward. Released in December 2009, other characters included in this miniature series were Dende, Korin, Dr. Gero, Super Saiyan Gohan, Super Saiyan Goku, Super Vegeta, Android 19, Future Trunks with long hair, and Perfect Cell.

Irwin Toy’s reissues of the initial Super Guerriers figurines entitled "Super Warriors" included a Cell Jr. in Series 1 of their miniature releases. Also included in the same series was a Android 16, Majin Buu, Goten, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, and Super Saiyan Goku. This Cell Junior's miniature model showcases him in a unique stance, where he is crouched and one arm is raised as the other is lowered.

Amongst the various “Saga Continues” releases was another version of the Cell Jr. miniature figurine. This time, the figurine is a re-release of the previous Irwin Toy Super Warriors piece. Like the other miniature, this one also portrays the Cell Jr. in a crouched posture with a feral hand posture, both palms open. Also included in this same Saga Continues 4-pack was Piccolo, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, and Bojack.

Amongst the various "Saga Continues" releases was an alternate miniature-sized 1.5 inch version of the Cell Jr. miniature figurine from Coffret No. 6. This time, the figurine is positioned in a basic stance with one arm raised and the other lowered. The figurine size is much smaller than the original release, however. This is another of the versions of Cell Jr. produced by Irwin as reissues of the previous Super Guerriers lineups. Like the other miniatures, this one also portrays the Cell Jr. with a smaller mold.

Cell Games Saga Perfect Cell with Cell Junior figure

Perfect Cell stands firm in Irwin's basic toy line pertaining to the Cell Games Saga. Introduced in 2001, one hand is in a gripped fist posture while the other has a distinct open reaching position, allowing for greater detail in terms of the stance. His determined glare is highly pronounced with his eyes and neck. Standing just above 5 inches, the figure is modeled to perfection and comes with an additional Cell Junior piece, which holds a vicious smile and both hands to his sides. The pack also comes with a collectible randomized Dragon Ball series character pog medallion and one Dragon Ball.

Irwin's Perfect Cell with Cell Junior has been simultaneously released in 2001 with the silver metallic boxart and lining as a more limited release ratio. Still a part of the Cell Games Saga, the figure is modeled exactly the same as the aforementioned Perfect Cell along with Cell Junior release and comes with a collectible randomized Dragon Ball series character pog and one Dragon Ball. The major difference of this release is the boxart being different, which makes the item equally as collectible if not more-so than the initial Perfect Cell release by Irwin.

Irwin's Perfect Cell with Cell Junior has been simultaneously released as an exclusive Beckett collector item in 2001 with the silver metallic boxart and lining as an even more limited variant than the other two previous aforementioned releases. Still a part of the Cell Games Saga, the figures are modeled exactly the same as the aforementioned release (albeit having a new paint job) and come with a collectible randomized Dragon Ball series character pog and one Dragon Ball. The major difference of this release is the boxart being different, which makes the item equally as collectible if not more-so than the initial Perfect Cell with Cell Junior release by Irwin. Other differences for this version's packaging include the "Beckett Collector Exclusive" detailed on the box bubble as well as the metallic paint job. Other instances of actual particular differences to the model itself include a variation in terms of the paint job, having a shiny and glossy metallic coloring scheme. This is especially pronounced due to the green and blue bodies having a metallic layer and being overall eye-catching.

Released in June 2003, Irwin Toy's Cell Jr. was repacked with a Super Saiyan 2 Trunks and Perfect Cell as an accessory piece in this repack entitled "Good vs Evil." This is also a re-release of their accessories, the Cell Junior (which stood at 2.5 inches). The pieces do not have any differential in terms of modeling or sculpt but the unique packaging makes it yet another additional alternate release for Cell Junior. The packaging boxart features an image of Super Saiyan 2 Trunks and Perfect Cell on the front flap and the backboard. Additionally, the pack includes 3 Dragon Balls and one piece of rock as debris for the scene.

The same mini Cell Jr. figurine from Super Guerriers Coffret No. 6 was released in a Giochi Preziosi 6-pack to go along with the series entitled "The Legend is Here," which was re-released in 2000 and the package was exclusively distributed to the German market. As a part of the Legend is Here mini figurines, the pieces remained exactly the same as the previous Super Guerriers and would in turn remain the same as the Irwin Toy Saga Continues lineup years later. Others included in this same "Legend is Here" mini set are Goten, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan Goku, and Android 16.

These miniature collectibles were re-releases of the Super Guerriers offered by AB an entire decade earlier. They have no alterations in terms of paint job but do come in a brand new packaging just for 4 mini pieces. These same characters have numerous re-releases just by Irwin Toy, KidzBiz, and Mattel. Included in the Series 4 Mattel set other than the Cell Junior are Piccolo, Super Saiyan Gohan, and Bojack. The Cell Jr. figurine in this set is the same piece from the Saga Continues set of the same 2 inch size. The packaging is entitled "2 Inch Collectible Figures" and is collection number 4. The packaging translation reads "DB Figuras Coleccionables" and "DB Figuras Colecionaveis Conjunto."

Unifive's Mini Figure series volume 4 was released in January 2004. These pieces are modeled as Kubrick-style figurines and composed of numerous Dragon Ball Z characters, including Perfect Cell, who comes along with a miniature Cell Junior. This basic figurine comes with a sinister smile. The figurines are modeled in a cute manner and are very similar to Lego and Kubrick pieces and other figurines of that caliber in terms of modeling. Cell also comes with a mini accessory piece of Cell Junior. Others included in this same Volume 4 set are Mr. Satan with Bee, Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Super Saiyan Majin Vegeta, Majin Buu with candy and chocolate, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan Gotenks, Super Saiyan Vegito, Android 16 with Android 17 and Android 18, and Great Saiyaman.

Unifive has released a Posing Figure series set under Banpresto. Unifive was an independent toy company until it was bought by toy giant Bandai in 2001. It was run as a subsidiary of Bandai-owned Banpresto until 2006. The Posing Figure series would be a great highlight of Unifive's involvement with the Dragon Ball franchise. A Cell Junior was featured as one of the characters in this Part 3 set released by Unifive in April 2004. The Posing figure features a very nice positioning scheme and lots of joints in terms of pose-able features as well as additionally coming with an orange base. A grayscale variant of this same posing figure is also available as an alternative collectible. Additionally, this piece comes along with Super Saiyan Teen Gohan as a double-pack. Other characters also included in this same Posing Figure series 3 set are Perfect Cell, Android 16, Super Vegeta, and Super Saiyan Future Trunks.

The same Posing figure released by Unifive was released as a grayscale variant. This Cell Junior comes in the same posture, the same gray paint job being applied to the miniature. The Posing figure features a very nice positioning scheme and lots of joints in terms of pose-able features as well as additionally coming with a black base. This grayscale variant of this same posing figure was released in conjunction with the color version of the same piece as an alternative collectible. This piece is included with the Super Saiyan Teen Gohan grayscale version.

In 2004, MegaHouse also released a Chess Piece Collection. The Cell Jr. piece is given the "Pawn" position in the chess set and comes in a very unique stance, rolling on the ground as one leg reaches ahead and he balances himself atop the base in a bent posture. Others included in this chess set are Android 17 (Knight), Android 18 (Bishop), Imperfect Cell (Queen), a Android 16 (Rook), Goku (King), Perfect Cell (King), Super Vegeta (Bishop), Super Saiyan Teen Gohan (Queen), Mr. Satan (Pawn), Tien (Rook), and Super Saiyan Future Trunks (Knight).

A miniature series of three volumes pertaining to the Android Saga, Cell Saga, and Cell Games saga, this chibi-style set is offered by MegaHouse. All the pieces in this set have either a silver base or a tan base for their coloring scheme. The miniature figurine of Cell Jr. in this set comes in a silver base and with his hands to his sides as his feet are spread apart. Modeled similar to other chibi-styled gashapon pieces and standing at exactly 2 inches, the figurine does not have a base but is capable of standing upward.

In the large assortment of “Anime Heroes” series offered by Plex, Cell Jr. has made an appearance in volume 3 released on September 1, 2008. Standing at 40mm, the miniature figurine comes with an orange base to stand on. The head is of course sized larger than the rest of the body to better incorporate the chibi style. The Cell Junior's facial features are portrayed with a wicked smile as he moves forward, slightly pouncing and maintaining one knee ahead of the other. His facial reaction is solid and perfected even at this miniature scale.

DBZ Premium Series Cell Junior miniature collectible

Italian company Panini has released a unique sticker series in April, 2000 that has included figurines within its mini cellophane trading card pamphlets entitled "Dragon Ball Z Premium" and has "Special Stickers" written on the cover as well as the Panini logo. Pieces included in this miniature figurine set are on par with the "Saga Continues" Irwin line and the "Super Guerriers" AB Groupe line and are essentially re-releases of these same figurines. They are modeled very similar to these sculpts and come in the same height bracket. Pieces included in this set are Android 16, a Cell Jr., Goten, Super Saiyan Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan 2 Future Trunks, Super Saiyan Goku, Perfect Cell, Yamcha, and Super Saiyan Vegeta.

A miniature rubber set released by Cremino comes with chocolate flavored candy. All four major sagas in the series have been released in this format, including the Vegeta Saga, Frieza Saga, Cell Saga, and Majin Buu Saga. A Cell Junior appears once in this mini-wrapped set, this piece being very similar to mold seen in Super Guerriers Coffret No. 6, with his crouched position and one arm raised while the other is kept to his side. This piece is very similar to the aforementioned version aside from the arm posture being slightly different. There is a wide variety of characters included in this mini set. The packaging reads "Juguete" which means "Toy" and the details read "Golosina Sabor A Chocolate," which translated means "Chocolate Flavored Candy." The Toei Animation logo is also present on the wrapping. The miniature figurines are produced in numerous colors, which in the case of this specific Cell Jr. piece, is available in green, yellow, and numerous transparent hues.

A more recent release came in the form of resin-based statues which portrays Perfect Cell with a pair of Cell Juniors encircling him. This statue set comprises Cell with his sinister little warriors. In the case of Perfect Cell, he is seen standing with a sinister glare and a villainous dominance, his arms in a crossed posture as he remains the center of the diorama. The Cell Juniors each hold their own position as well. One is seen pointing and smirking as the other also crosses its arms. There is a very evil expression detailing Cell's face as he completes the scenario. The base features a rocky ground with some grass. Additionally, these Cell Junior pieces can be obtained with or without the Perfect Cell, but are generally attached to the diorama as a single set.
