Commander Zeeun is a henchman from the Dragon Ball Z movie Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug. Despite being featured on the cover of the movie, he is only in it for a brief period of time. He's quickly dispatched by the evil Namekian when he makes a foolish comment regarding Lord Slug's age.
Zeeun greatly resembles Commander Cado, with the only clear difference being the positioning of their horns. His hair also gives him a slight resemblance to Mustard.

Along with countless other Dragon Ball antagonists, Commander Zeeun makes a cameo appearance in the 1995 film Fusion Reborn when the residents of Hell make their escape to Earth.
