"How did Buu gather that much energy? He could split the Earth in two with that power!"
Dende in "Meet Vegito"

Destructive Grenade (破壊光弾)[3] is an Energy Sphere used by Super Buu in his Gotenks absorbed and Gohan absorbed forms.

Overview[]

First, Super Buu raises his hands up in the air, charges a large pink energy sphere, and then he throws his hands forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Usage[]

Super Buu (w/ Gotenks absorbed) uses this attack in an attempt to destroy the Earth while fighting Gohan and Tien Shinhan. However, before he can launch the energy sphere, Goku arrives in time and cuts Super Buu's body in half with a Destructo Disc, ending the Majin's attack. Strangely, the energy sphere lands on Earth after Buu drops it and creates a virtually negligible explosion.

Super Buu (w/ Gohan absorbed) later uses a one-handed version of this attack during his battle with Vegito. However, Vegito manages to catch the "Destroy Everything!" energy sphere and kicks it back up into the air. The sphere narrowly misses Super Buu and flies up further in space, where it creates a huge explosion. Dende notes that the energy ball created by Super Buu in his Gohan absorbed form could have cleaved the planet in half.

After manifesting from Good Buu, the Grand Supreme Kai uses this technique against Moro, who absorbs it.

Video Game Appearances[]

The attack appears under the name Destroy Everything! in the Raging Blast series, where it is one of Super Buu's Super Attacks in his "Gotenks absorbed" and "Gohan absorbed" states.

The attack reappears in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle under the name Destructive Grenade as the 12 Ki Super Attack of "Invincible Absorption Majin Buu (Gotenks)" in both of the card's states, both faithful to the moments each form used the Destroy Everything! attack.
