Doc Harris is a Canadian voice actor who works for Ocean Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He most notably voiced the role of the Narrator in the Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball Z.
Some of his other roles include the narrator in Captain N: The Game Master and Golem in Monster Rancher.
