Don Kee (Don Kia) is the pretty-boy tyrant of Planet Imecka. He relied on his bodyguard Ledgic and his two commissioners, Sheila and Gale, to do his dirty work. He was greedy and made it illegal to own ships on Imecka, stranding the merchants who came there to do business.
When Goku, Trunks, and Pan landed on Imecka, Don Kee confiscated their ship. The trio then successfully retrieved it, and this resulted in them being wanted criminals. After a fight with Goku between Ledgic, the trio taught Don Kia a lesson, and he let them give the Imeckans their money and ships back.
He was later on seen in jail, alongside his associates, reluctantly raising his hand to fuel Goku's Spirit Bomb in order to defeat Omega Shenron.
