Final Burst Cannon (ファイナルバーストキャノン) is the advanced version of the Galick Gun technique used by Vegeta.

OverviewEdit

To utilize perform the attack, Vegeta draws his hands out to his sides as he powers up, creating an enormous whitish-purple aura around his body. Then, he throws his arms out in front of him and fires a large Galick Gun energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Vegeta uses this attack during his battle against Frieza in his final form on Namek, after not having success in attempts to annihilate it with various energy wave attacks. In an angry attempt to prove that he really is a Super Saiyan, Vegeta flies up into the air and fires the Final Burst Cannon down at Frieza. However, Frieza flies straight into the attack and simply kicks the blast back up into the air before it destroys Namek, much to everyone's amazement. The blast narrowly misses Vegeta and flies deep into outer space, where it creates a huge explosion many times bigger than Planet Namek itself.

As Majin Vegeta, he uses the attack against Super Saiyan 2 Goku. Vegeta uses this attack again, as a Super Saiyan this time, to deflect Kid Buu's Vanishing Beam when he tries to destroy Earth (Kid Buu later succeeds in destroying the Earth using his Planet Burst immediately after). Unlike the Final Burst Cannon used on Planet Namek, those ones have lesser charge time and are yellow and blue in color respectively.

Appearances in Video GamesEdit

The technique appears in Dragon Ball Z Arcade, where it is yellow. Also, Vegeta performs the Galick Gun like the Final Burst Cannon in Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors 2. The technique is named Final Burst Cannon in the Raging Blast series and Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi, where it is Vegeta (Scouter)'s Ultimate Blast.
