The Double Kamehameha is a two-handed double version of the Kamehameha technique used by Goku. When he uses it, he first points his hands at his left and right sides. Then he fires two Kamehameha blasts out of each hand pointed in opposite directions. It is quite useful for blasting enemies who are attacking at both sides, which Goku uses against Turles's henchmen in the movie The Tree of Might.
Goku also uses the attack twice against Frieza in his final form in the Frieza Saga. When Frieza attempts to sneak up behind Goku from behind a mountain, Goku senses him and blasts him with the Double Kamehameha. He later uses it to catch Frieza off guard while under water, but this time instead of energy blasts, they are simply energy spheres that Goku controls. He launches them up one by one at Frieza as a distraction so that Goku could launch a sneak attack against the tyrant, knocking him down to the ground.
