Many believe it and its other name (above) are two completely different games.
Dragon Ball Z features the story of the Saiyan Saga. From Goku and Piccolo fighting Radditz until the clash of super powers between Goku and Vegeta.
There is alot of training in this game and it features Garlic Jr. and his henchmen from the Dragon Ball Z movie, Dragon Ball Z: The Dead Zone.
Later this game was combined with Dragon Ball Z: Gekishin Freeza and made Dragon Ball Z: Super Saiya Densetsu.
