Dynamic Mess Em Up Punch is a comical rush attack used by Mr. Satan.

He starts the attack by stepping far back, then rushing to his opponent as fast as he can, directly punching his opponent right between their eyes.

Mr. Satan uses this technique against Android 18 in the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament. The move had no effect and after a few seconds, Android 18 asks "That was your most powerful attack?" and then jumps out of the ring, allowing Mr. Satan to win the tournament. Android 18 then says "I will see you tomorrow and get my money and if you don't pay, I will kill you".

Appearances in games

The technique is Mr. Satan's meteor attack in Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Battle 22, named Meteo Muscle Bomber.

Dynamic Mess Em Up Punch in Budokai Tenkaichi 3

It was named Dynamic Mess Em Up Punch in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, being Mr. Satan's Ultimate Blast in Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and one of his Blast 2 in Budokai Tenkaichi 3. In this video game series, Mr. Satan punches the opponent many times (which does no damage) and finishes with the "powerful" punch, saying "You're all washed up!" The move can cause a lot of extensive damage if Mr. Satan is powered up with Hi-Tension. However, this move also has a high chance of doing only 1 point of damage.

It is the move used by Mr. Satan to "defeat" Majin Buu in Majin Buu's ending in Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai - Another Road, calling the attack Hercule Miracle Special Ultra Super Miracle Megaton Dynamite Punch.

It is one of Mr. Satan's Super Attacks in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle.
