First, Innocent Buu appears in front of the opponent and punches them away. Then, he proceeds to assault the opponent with a nearly endless barrage of more heavy punches, inflicting a large amount of damage.
Innocent Buu used this attack during his brief fight with Gotenks. After Gotenks lands a seemingly decisive assault on Innocent Buu after encountering him, the bottom half of Innocent Buu's body suddenly, appears in front of Gotenks and regenerates, shocking the fused warrior. As Innocent Buu prepares to emit steam and fight Gotenks seriously after an insulting comment about his weight, Buu lands a sudden blow on Gotenks to send him flying towards the ocean below, and uses the Explosive Buu Buu Punch, leaving Gotenks with considerable injuries.

"A move where you unleash a flurry of punches. Can be used during a jump as well!"
This technique was first named in Dragon Ball: Xenoverse and appears as one of Majin Buu's Super Skills in his 1st and Majin Buu (Small) skillsets. It can also be obtained by the Future Warrior in Parallel Quest 41: "Frieza's Nightmare Returns!", however it can only be used by the Future Warrior if they are a member of the Majin race. In Xenoverse, the punches are delivered using the Majin's stretchy elastic arms, which gives the attack greater range and additionally it can be performed during a jump.
