Fear Me! (さあ怒れ!) is a rush attack used by Cell in his Perfect form.
Overview

Cell charges a Kiai
As he shouts "Show me your full power!", Perfect Cell double axe-handle punches the opponent. Then, he side kicks the opponent away and flies after them to punch them in their stomach. Finally, Perfect Cell puts his hand forward and knocks the opponent away with a Kiai, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Gohan knocked back toward a mountain by Cell's Kiai
Perfect Cell uses this attack during his battle against Super Saiyan Gohan in the Cell Games. After Gohan dodged Perfect Cell's attacks, Perfect Cell decides to take the battle seriously and attacks Gohan with the "Fear Me!" rush, knocking Gohan into a mountain. However, Gohan manages to survive the attack and blasts out of the mountain with his energy, much to the Z Fighters' relief and Perfect Cell's shock.

Cell blasts Future Trunks in the Battle of Z opening
The attack was named "Fear Me!" in the Raging Blast games, where it appears as one of Perfect Cell's Super Attacks. Perfect Cell uses an attack similar the Fear Me! finishing Kiai against Future Trunks in the intro to Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z.

Cell using Solid Hammer in Dragon Ball Z: Idainaru Son Goku Densetsu
In Dragon Ball Z: Idainaru Son Goku Densetsu, it is named Solid Hammer (ソリッドハンマー) and when used, Cell grabs his opponent and punches them multiple times before finishing with the Kiai, much like in the manga. In Dragon Ball: Xenoverse, the Kiai part of this attack appears as one of Cell (Perfect Form)'s Super Attacks under the name Gravity Impact, which is also available to be taught to created characters.
