The Feet Kamehameha is a feet-fired version of the Kamehameha used by Goku. Basically, Goku fires a Kamehameha from his feet instead of his hands. However, because he is performing the attack with only his feet, he is able to use his hands for combat against the enemy, serving as a great advantage for him. He presumably learned to perform this technique while training on Kami's Lookout in the three-year period prior to the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament.
Goku uses this attack against Piccolo Jr in the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament. After exchanging blows with Piccolo in mid-air, Goku gets hit and starts falling to the ground head first. However, as he is falling, he yells the intervals, "KA-ME-HA-ME," and backflips multiples times. Then, before he reaches the ground, he yells the final interval "HA!" and uses the Feet Kamehameha, launching him back up in the air and double-punching Piccolo Jr. After seeing this counterattack, Master Roshi states that only the most disciplined warriors can perform this maneuver, but that it is worth the effort, as it frees one's hands for combat.
