Ayumi Hamasaki (浜崎 あゆみ or 濱崎歩 Hamasaki Ayumi) (born on October 2, 1978) is a Japanese singer, songwriter, record producer, model, lyricist, and actress. She is very popular in Japan, with her first album selling over fifty million copies.

She is also known for singing the main theme for Dragonball Evolution, "Rule / Sparkle". Akira Toriyama drew her wearing Goku's gi for the single.
