Shinji Ogawa
Haruhiko Ogawa (小川治彦, Ogawa Haruhiko; February 19, 1941 – March 7, 2015), better known by the stage name Shinji Ogawa (小川真司, Ogawa Shinji), was a Japanese voice actor. He voiced Dr. Lychee in the original OVA Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans and the Playdia video games.
