Earth-Destroying Kamehameha (地球破壊かめはめ波 Chikyū Hakai Kamehameha, lit. "Earth-Destroying Kamehame Wave") is a more powerful version of the Super Kamehameha used by Cell in his Perfect form.
Overview[]
First, Perfect Cell cups his hands to his side and charges a Super Kamehameha. Then, he charges it with much more energy than usual. Lastly, he fires the beam in the form of a humongous energy wave, inflicting an enormous amount of damage.
Usage[]
Cell firing the Earth-Destroying Kamehameha
Perfect Cell uses this attack in a desperate attempt to destroy the Earth while battling Super Saiyan 2 Gohan. After Gohan easily decimates Perfect Cell in the battlefield, Perfect Cell uses his Destructo Disc, Special Beam Cannon, and Rapid Fire techniques, but they all do not affect Gohan in the slightest, with Gohan promptly threatening to wipe him out while telling Cell that he warned him this would have happened. In one final attempt to win the battle, Perfect Cell charges the Earth-Destroying Kamehameha, implying that if Gohan dodges the attack, the Earth would be destroyed (hence the name). However, the young Saiyan counters the beam with a Kamehameha of his own, easily overpowering Perfect Cell's attack and destroying most of his body.

This attack was named Earth-Destroying Kamehameha in Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi, where it is Perfect Cell's Ultimate Blast.
Trivia[]
- While overall the same, the original and remastered FUNimation dubs indicated that Cell was already aiming to blow up the Earth regardless of Gohan's actions due to taunting him that "there's nothing [Gohan] can do" from preventing its destruction, while in Kai, he specifically was trying to finish Gohan and warned him that dodging the attack would destroy the Earth.
