Elise Paige Baughman (born in Monroe, Louisiana) is an American voice actor and actor for Funimation and has been credited in both anime and non-anime work. She is known for voicing Pan in the FUNimation dub of Dragon Ball GT. Baughman reprised her role as Pan in the FUNimation dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai.
