Cranberry's race is an alien race that was subdued by the Frieza Force somewhere in history. Its most prominent member was Cranberry, who served under Moro during his jailbreak and massacre of the Namekians on New Namek.
Overview[]
The race is comprised of humanoid members equal to the average-sized human. All of them sport a blowout hairdo in different colors. They can breathe in space, as seen when Fisshi was blown out of King Cold's Spaceship.
History[]
The soldier who resembles Namole on Frieza 79
A soldier who resembles Namole previously appeared on Planet Frieza 79.
Cranberry was seen fighting against Moori's village, where he lost to a Warrior-type Namekian and then got killed (for the first time) by the displeased Zarbon.
Namole, a Mid-Level Frieza Force Soldier took part in the battle on Planet Namek; but was killed by Frieza for showing fear of his master. His death reason was altered in the Funimation dub and Ocean Group dubs.
Fisshi's prototype
Another soldier of Frieza who resembles Namole appears briefly. When some of Frieza's henchmen are trying out for the Ginyu Force, after Ginyu knocks Captain Strong into the sky, the cowardly Frieza soldier (who resembles Namole except his hair is teal not orange) steps backwards and touches a Dragon Ball by mistake. Ginyu had specifically said not to touch any of the Dragon Balls, so he throws him far off into the distance.[1]
The black-haired member of this race charges at King Vegeta
In the anime, King Vegeta fought what seems to be a black-haired member of this race his death on Frieza's ship.[2]
A green haired engineer member of this race
Fisshi, who served under King Cold, was killed by Future Trunks. Also, some of the Frieza Force medics and engineers who rebuilt Frieza into his mechanical body were apparently members of this race.
One of Sorbet's elite soldiers in the Resurrection ‘F’ manga resembles Fisshi, he was the first soldier to be killed by the newly regenerated Frieza as the tyrant examined his own power with a Finger Beam. In Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’, many of the Frieza Force soldiers are humanoids with blue hair with resemblance to Fisshi.
