"The Last Oracle of Luud" (神のお告げは超迷惑!!ルード起動 Kami no Otsuge wa Chō-Meiwaku!! Rūdo Kidō, lit. "The Oracle of God is Super-Annoying!! Lood Maneuvers") is the twelfth episode of the Black Star Dragon Ball Saga and the twelfth overall episode of Dragon Ball GT. This episode first aired in Japan on May 15, 1996. Its original American airdate was April 2, 2005.
Summary[]
Dolltaki
Mutchy has just revealed his true form and proves himself to be a powerful opponent, giving trouble to both Goku and Trunks, separating the two before going after Goku who with little other option transforms into a Super Saiyan.
Dolltaki is seen analyzing the fight between Mutchy and Goku and realizes that Mutchy can not win now that the child has transformed so he opts for awakening Luud but notices that he does not have the energy required to do such a thing. He decides to make an appearance to the Luud Cult and encourages them to sacrifice themselves by becoming one with Luud and living for eternity. The cult realizes too late that Luud is not the savior they had imagined and Dolltaki transforms them all into dolls. He then uses the power to give to Luud which is enough to finally rouse him.
Luud is resurrected
Meanwhile, Goku continues to battle against Mutchy but begins to lose the upper hand when Mutchy grabs him with arms and starts to absorb the energy out of him. Reverting back to his normal state, Goku appears to be in trouble when suddenly Trunks reappears and blasts Mutchy with an energy attack that kills him having caught him off guard.
The two return to the castle to find Pan but instead find the Dragon Ball, but Dolltaki appears and summons Lord Luud as Goku and Trunks brace themselves.

- Mutchy is a separate entity from Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy in the Japanese version, with the former stating that the latter was his pawn. The Funimation dub, however, reclassifies Mutchy as the Cardinal's true form, combining them into one entity.
- When Dolltaki picks Pan out a new wardrobe, his first choice is a red shirt, but when he is about to put it on Pan, it is light purple.
