To perform the attack, Vegeta draws his hands out to his sides as he powers up, creating an enormous whitish-purple aura around his body. Then, he throws his arms out in front of him and fires a large Galick Gun energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.
Vegeta uses this attack during his battle against Frieza in his final form on Namek, after not having success in attempts to annihilate Frieza with various energy wave attacks. In an angry attempt to prove that he really is a Super Saiyan, Vegeta flies up into the air and fires the Final Burst Cannon down at Frieza in a fit of rage. However, Frieza flies straight into the attack and simply kicks the blast back up into the air before it destroys Namek, much to everyone's amazement. The blast narrowly misses Vegeta and flies deep into outer space, where it creates a huge explosion many times bigger than Planet Namek itself.
