Flooding Technique (どこでも水に変えてしまう能力 Doko demo Mizu ni Kaeteshimau Nōryoku)[1] is Arqua's ability to flood an area in water.
Overivew[]
Before the technique begins, Arqua uses an Eye Flash. Next, he uses the technique and turns the arena in to water.
Usage[]

Arqua uses the technique during his fight with Goku in the Other World Tournament. Arqua uses this to his advantage, due to him seemingly be able to fight more effectively in the water rather than on land, with the environment granting him greater speed and power. This also proves useful if the other opponent can not swim or breathe under water.
