Was there ever an actual One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, and DBZ/GT crossover? Not in fan fiction, or one sided parodies like in Gintama, but an actual crossover?
Cross Epoch[]
Akira Toriyama and Eiichiro Oda (Creators of Dragon Ball and One Piece) made a crossover called Cross Epoch, which is not really set in either timeline, as a lot of characters change their roles.
I don't mean the epoch, I mean was there ever a crossover between One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, and DBZ/GT ALL together.

Unless u consider Battle Stadium D.O.N,Jump Super Stars, and Jump Ultimate Stars crossovers or the fact they all appear in Shonen Jump Yes. but other than that No.
