Does fat buu lose any power after the wish for uub is made, or king yemma over hears gokus wish. With kid buu dead, and removed from Buu I would have to assume yes.
Super Perfect Cell and Full Power Freeza?[]
Mr Buu lost most of his power when he took out all the evil inside him and comparing his fight with Majin Buu and Vegeta's fight with Majin Buu, it would be safe too asume that Mr Buu is a little bit stronger than SSJ2 Vegeta. In the Majin Buu Saga at least.
Super Perfect Cell's power in close to that any Super Saiyan 2 in the Majin Buu Saga, SSJ2 Gohan in the Cell Games Saga or LSSJ Broly in Broly: Second Coming/Great Saiyaman Saga.
In Battle of Gods it was stated that Base Form Goku was weaker than Full Power Freeza, but Freeza can't be stronger than SSJ Goku because he lost to him in the Freeza Saga. Also I heard a rumor that Freeza was potentally as strong as Future Android 17 and Future Android 18, but he was weaked from being hit from the positive energy of the Spirit Bomb and the sheer force of the bomb it self. But that was only a rumor so I'm not sure.
Mr Buu and the team of Cell and Freeza are almost equal in power, so the whole thing would come up to if Cell and Freeza could generate the power the complely destroy Mr Buu. So maybe Cell and Freeza could win if they bust out a Solar Kamehameha and Angry Death Cannon combo? Maybe it's just that I always like to vote for the underdogs though...

i say cell and frieza because to destroy cell you have to destroy cells main cell in his body combining the fact that frieza would be firing multiple death beams and balls in frustration like he did against trunks and chilled against bardock. frieza's main asset is that he is well... freiza and nothing would stop him from winning and i think with buu's purity it would weaken him. cell and freiza just.
