Don't really know what your question is. Are you trying to find out which Gohan is stronger? I would put my vote with GT Gohan as the GT Perfect Files state everyone still trained, but not as much as Goku. Not to mention he is a SSJ which means he only got stronger. Gt Gohan is way stronger[]
If I remember correctly, during the Super 17 saga base Gohan fought almost evenly with General Rildo. If Rildo is supposed to be as strong as Buu, then we can assume Gohan in his base is as strong as Buu. Buu saga Gohan couldn't even hurt Buu as a Super Saiyan 2. --
