What would happen between Hiei (from Yu Yu Hakusho for those who forgot) and Vegeta (at the end of Z)? I mean, Hiei is no doubt a powerful and skilled warrior: he has remarkbale speed, great swordsmanship skills, the Jagan Eye, and the Dragon of the Darkness Flame to aid him. Plus, he can slice an opponent in 16 slashes when it'll look like just 4 or 5 (talk about quick). Vegeta however is no weakling either: he can take the most brutal of beatings, he can transform into a Super Saiyan, he can fly, shoot various ki blasts and lift over 4000 tons or something like that. I like both Hiei and Vegeta but in a fight I would go with Vegeta. Vegeta is the 2nd strongest in the end of Dragon Ball Z unless he managed to achieve Super Saiyan 3 during the final episode but never revealed it if so he would be on par with Goku since Goku was the stronger because he can go SSJ3 and Vegeta can not. Off topic I hear people say Gohan at the end of DBZ is the strongest I say that's false because 10 years passed before the final episode of DBZ and both Goku & Vegeta never stopped training while Gohan did. Now back to the topic. Let's start with Hiei

Hiei - He's a master swordsmen, is extremely fast, has the Jagan eye, has a Jaganshi form, is resistant to extreme cold and heat, due to his high speed he can create after images, his techinques are Jagan Binding Curse, Dragon of the Darkness Flame, Dragon Absorption, Fist of the Mortal Flame, Flamethrower, Sword of the Darkness Flame, Black Dragon Wave, Astral Projection.

Vegeta - Due to being a Saiyan he grows stronger during and after every battle when he recovers from being nearly killed he gains tremendous power. He can take a severe beating, he trains every day under intense gravity, has created a number of techniques on his own, I don't how many tons Vegeta can exactly lift but it's a lot. He is able to destroy planets during the Saiyan Saga and onwards he could possibly destroy an entire galaxy if he wanted to during the Majin Buu Saga. He is also extremely fast leaving behind after images, can fly, has Telepathy, can use Telekinesis, can sense Ki, and can create an Energy Barrier. When Vegeta had a tail he could transform into a Great Ape with either the Full Moon or by creating a Fake Moon unlike Goku & Gohan he has full control over himself and is able to speak. Can transform into a Super Saiyan, Ascended Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and Super Saiyan 3(video games only). Vegeta's energy & physical techniques are Amazing Impact, Atomic Blast, Bang Beam, Big Bang Attack, Big Bang Cannon, Big Bang Storm, Brave Punisher, Cosmic Cannon, Crushing in Hands, Dark Impact, Demonic Rush, Destructo Disk, Dirty Fireworks, Double Galick Gun, Exploding Wave, Energy Rings, Final Burst Cannon, Final Crash, Final Explosion, Final Flash, Final Galick Cannon, Final Impact, Finger Beam, Finger Galick Gun, Galaxy Breaker, Galick Blazer, Galick Gun, Galick Impact, Genocide Breaker, Hellzone Grenade, Infinite Breaker, Ki Blast, Maximum Finisher, Meteor Burst, Photon Bomber, Power Ball, Spirit Breaking Cannon, Super Big Bang Cannon, Super Energy Wave Volley, Super Explosive Wave, Super Galick Blaster, Vanishing Blow. There are other techniques Vegeta uses but they are only used in the video games.
