Here you shuld post your ideas for the new game that is due in the fall. I personally would like to see:

1) All Dragonball/Z/GT fighting characters

2) Universal Spirit Bomb

3) Some what-if character suggestions (mainly fusion): Bell(Buu+Cell), Friezuu(Frieza+Buu), Brolell(Broly+Cell), SSJ3/4 Vegito, SSJ Pan, Idk whatever

4) 100 x Final Kamehameha

5) Earth destroying attacks

5) Unique fighting for each character

6) Bigger beams than previous (RB,RB2)

7) This is asking for a lot but all Dragonball episodes in the Japanese and English Funimation dub

8) Full fusion dance cut scenes

9) Character creation???

I really liked the controls from the Raging Blast series. Very simple. I'd like it if they kept that, and built on that by adding the vastness from the Tenkaishi series. Simply add Dragonball and GT era characters. Not the pointless ones too, like Arale or Kid chichi. The ones that primarily fighted. Yeah, Arale could fight, but she wasn't in the actual Dragonball story.

Maybe like for Dragonball, add adult Chichi, Tambourine, King Piccolo, Drum, Cymbal, and maybe Baba's fighters. Upa's father wouldn't be too bad. I'd really like Master Roshi to be in it. And maybe some of the major generals and leaders of the Red Ribbon Army.

As for GT, there's a lot of potential for characters. Of course, the Super Saiyan 4's. Uub, Goten and Trunks from that era would be great. The villains are the primary character scopes here. There was some pretty interesting ones. I would love to play with Generel Rilldo, The Sigma Force, and Ledgic. Baby and Super 17 are a given. Then there's the Shadow dragons. If you include all of the Ginyu Force and Cooler's Armored Squadron in Raging Blast 2, then definitely incorporate the Shadow Dragons.

Can't forget the movies. So many can be added from the movies. Both generations of Spice Boys along with Garlic jr, Lord Slug and his goons, the rest of Bojack's gang, Turles's Crusher Corps, Abo and Kado from the new OVA, and sure why not Hirudegarn? Oh yeah, giant characters in this game should actually be according to size. The arenas are definitely big enough for them!

A few what-if characters wouldn't hurt. They were quite successful with SS3 Broly and Vegeta. They shouldn't go too over-the-top with it though like "SUPER SAIYAN 5 GOGETA!!" Nah, lol. Keep it interesting and truely "what if."

And as a Dragonball LOVER, I really enjoy watching the pre-fight dialogue. So I think it would be cool to have EVERYONE say something unique to each other before and after the fights. Hell, even between the fights is great. And since you can make teams, it would be cool to have pre-fight, mid-fight, and post-fight dialogue that incorparated everyone on your team? Kind of like in the first Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm game. For example, if you have Piccolo, Trunks, Vegeta, Gohan, and Goku against Broly, they would all appear in the beginning and say something similar to the movie and the Broly does his typical "KAKARROT!!" or The Z-fighters have a little verbal clash with Turles and his crew, saying something like "Take your tree and get off this planet!"

And maybe some assist moves from your team? Maybe press a certain button combo and someone from your team pops out and does a brief attack, but not too much damage. Like Marvel vs Capcom 3. And possibly combo supers? Like if you build enough energy, and have the conditions right, you can call out one or more of your team mates to perform a multiple super/ultimate? ex. Goku, Gohan, Goten perform family Kamehameha. It would be cool, to mix and match! Cooler and Frieza, Broly and Bojack, Tien and Yamcha, you could go on and on!

Yeah these are just some of my ideas, but I would like these to possibly show up in the game, haha. Sorry if it's too long, I get carried away in my ideas.

alot of characters from db/dbgt such as kid goku, king piccolo and all his minions, yajirobe, general tao, all the shadow dragons, the ssj4s, gt vegeta, gt gohan, gt trunks, gt goten (all super saiyan forms) general rildo and the robots he fused with, all forms of baby, super 17, dr. myuu, ledgic,goku jr, vegeta jr (gogeta jr/vgeito jr?) and all the what-ifs from budokai 2 and tenkaichi 3. (tiencha, buu absorbing vegeta, cell, freeza, tien, yamacha, goku?) and all full blooded saiyans (and gohan) have ape forms

also new what ifs such as ssj2 future trunks, ssj2 goten/little trunks, gt gotenks, ssj bardock,

more moves, more costumes, alot more maps, the music from budokai 1 (just the song played on namek lol, and some of the japaneese music and mabye the faulconer music (ik he was fired, but the music is awesome)

and lastly, the idea of having all 291 episodes in both japaneese english is pointless. just go buy the remastered or dragon box for that

Super Saiyan 5 and beyond is just absolutely not needed. I don't even like Super Saiyan 4 too much, but it's fine since they actually used it in their media. But with the what-if characters, it should really stay within the confines of the Dragonball Universe. Like TRUE what-if scenarios that seemed like it would actually happen in their world. Like a good Broly, Gohan if he survived and came from the future instead of Trunks, Fused Gotenks from the GT era, Tien and Yamcha fusion, Ultimate Goku, Hercule if he were trained by the Z-fighters, Majin Buu absorbing Dabura, Tien/Yamcha/Krillin/Piccolo/Chiaotzu learned the Kaio-Ken, Frieza and Cooler fusion, Super Saiyan Bardock, Future Trunks and Future Gohan fusion, Pikkon and Piccolo fusion(don't think it's possible, but I think they'd try/think it), Cell with Broly's DNA, Frieza's fifth form, Buu absorbing Vegito.

But buu did absorb vegito it didn't work...

• Movie characters such as Slug, the Crusher Corps., Bojacks men, etc.
• More costumes (Gohan didnt have a gi like Goku's in RB2, but he wore one in Bojack Unbound)
• What if transformations (SSJ Bardock, SSJ Raditz, Cooler's previous forms)
• Waaaaaaaaayyyyy more characters, from all 3 series
• More stages (I have waited all my life for the Babidi's Spaceship stage, where the map changes every round [like in a team battle] or every minute or so)
• Tag team battles, like that one PSP game
• More dialogue, i love it when SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta fight in RB2
• Customizeable ultimates
• Maybe a character creator, for a special online mode

1. Cinematic action similar to dbz budokai 3 dragon rush. 2. Don't make the blast and beams so easy to dodge use cinematic action for that. 3. When using chase moves go back to the way tenkaichi 3 used to do it. 3. Don't have all the ultimate moves looking cheesy and unoriginal. 4. Bring a more adventurous story mode and what if sagas. 5. Create a z-fighter mode. 6. Stage transition in stages. 7. Bring back all the stages from past games. 8. Give us a true dbz experience!

1. The game should let you create your own characters, with unique fighting style, and techniques. I have been wanting this feature in the Dragon ball Z games since, Dragon Ball Z Budokai... I like the fighter creator in UFC 2010, the graphics are great, also the way they incorporate all types of moves.. The new Dragon Ball Z game show use those ideas.
2. Continued with the character creating idea... The Techniques.. Kamehameha, Galick Gun... are cool techniques.. But i beleive the player should be able to create their own techniques to fit their custom character.
3. Custom fusion would be nice to have in the game... two custom characters fusing would be awsome..
4. Since the Z fighters train to get stronger... the game should let your custom character train to get stronger... the more you train thestronger you get..
5. The new game should have a story mode for your character... you can chose to be a hero or a villan... like Goku and Vegeta.... This idea came to mind after i played the game DC Universe.
6. They should have mentors for your character to help learn new moves and techniques.. another idea from DC Universe...
7. One last thing.... I would love the game to have a custom finishing move... Where you can set a series of attacks for your custom character then finishing it off with a powerful blast.... Fans of the other DBZ games see the finishers the characters perform and love them.... Why not give the player more contoll of the game by letting them create a way to finish off their opponent.

So basically what you want is a Dragon Ball fighting/rpg. Well it's possible, but you wouldn't be able to create your own fighting style. As for creating attacks that is going to be tough. The more I think about it the cooler it will be but there will be no such feature in the near future I can tell you that much.

A little ways up there, someone suggested adding Lil Wayne Rap songs? HELL NO. Lil Wayne would totally add nothing but down syndrome to Dragonball. NEVER suggest something so incredibly inbred again! Lil Wayne is a sack of crap, with no talent, and is a gigantic try-hard. If Goku even knew who Lil Wayne was, he would be destroyed for his horrid music. Little Boy doesn't belong in Dragon Ball. I shouldn't have to justify this, but I guess I have to. Most rap (and music in general) is utter crap these days, and he's one of the best examples of it. For another, he's not Japanese (i.e., there's a very, very, very, very,... low chance they would contact him to record the music). While I agree that Dragon Ball Z is for heavy guitars and synths, I resent the mindless bashing of Lil Wayne.

I like Lil Wayne's music, and I RESENT the fact to use it in Dragon Ball. The only song that comes to mind that can REMOTELY match up with Dragon Ball is Drop The World.

Well, Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 pretty much covered everyone. Although I'd love to see an adult Chi-Chi, Ox-King or Launch.

Fix the camera angle

During transformations make the ground shake, rocks shatter, water moving, etc......Just like the cartoon basically

NO More barriers around the area you fight in

Everything destructable. If goku gets punched and flies into a boulder it should break causing the rubble to fall on top of him. Things like that should fix the camera angle.

Extended health for stronger characters, causing some challenges. Ex Super Saiyan Goku vs Nappa. Goku would have an extended health because he's a super saiyan.

Character Ideas:

Mr. Popo: Would be really cool all together.

King Kai: Would also be pretty cool.

Cell (first form): I am aware that cell in his first form is already an existing character, but I think it would be cool if you could edit his moveset and mix and match others characters attacks.

Mii: If the custom mveset where too not be done with cell, a mii would be pretty cool.

Demon KIng Piccolo: Have both his Aged and Younger form playble.

Korin: I think it would be hilarious to play as korin, just running around smacking people with his staff.

Gohan (Sword): Gohan with the sword he uses when he starts training with piccolo.

Chi Chi (Older): As she fights in the 23'rd world tournament.

Hero: As in the 23'rd world tournament.

Piccolo (Giant): Like his in the 23'rd world tournament.

All characters from tenkaichi 3,raging blast 2 and the what ifs from budokai 2. Also with these up for consideration:buugito,prillin,cellin (from budokai),ssj bardock,ssj scouter vegeta (namek saga preferably ) and an adult gotenks. I would enjoy drama scenes,like deflectin a blast.maybe using a transformation to evade an attack (for instance,gohan ssj gets hit by a big bang attack,smoke clears,ssj2 gohan emerges undamaged).no more galaxy mode.lots of what ifs from all sagas and series. Alot of techniques I want to appear:death cannon,phantom bomber,cell's spirit bomb,spirit burst and double attacks (like double Kamehameha,masenko,galick gun,ect.).I feel goku should get a great ape as well as a false ssj.I can't create an account with this phone so I wish to be nicknamed raiden.

Gameplay

Since we already know it's not gonna have as many characters as BT3 (no DB characters), here are my other wishes, aimed at gameplay.

1. Bring back the awesome fighting in BT3. Sonic Sway and Z Counter brought the game to a whole new level. If I watched a replay without the health bar and stuff, it would look like the anime.
2. Make it possible to customize (to an extent) a characters moves, for example: going with the BT3 model, take Goku. He can only use 2 "normal" blasts or special moves, and 1 ultimate move. It would be cool to have the option to pick his moves, so for example you have the choice between Kamehameha, Meteor Smash, Kaioken Attack, Ki Blast Volley, High Speed Rush, etc. (although it would probably only give like 3 or 4 options for moves, instead of the 5 I gave.) That way if you like rush attacks or prefer really quick attacks, or if you just want to go old school with the Kamehameha, you have that option.

Because the DBZ game makers have a tendency to do that. They take out perfectly fine things like Giant characters or DB characters, and also because Ultimate Tenkaichi is more of a continuation of the Tenkaichi series than the Raging Blast series, and none of the Tenkaichis had that. I haven't played Raging Blast so I wouldn't know (I'm missing out I think). The people I've talked to don't seem to think the first suggestion I made is in Raging Blast though.

You are, but only on the first. The second was just bleh. And it's there, but instead of being lazy and having it automatic, you have to do it manually (while guarding, if you press a certain button, different things will happen, one of them being you dodge a rush attack. It seemed to be pretty manual in BT3 as well, like when an enemy punches you and you press circle and triangle, you would dodge their punches. You mean in Raging Blast you have to dodge each punch manually?

Still Needs Work

I think there is still lots of work to do with this game, you hear of this ' limit break' and stuff where you see the crater along the ground from where a kamehameha ki wave flew across the ground which i like alot but then the little things like the melee combos counteract that enjoyment because you see the oposition character get smashed into the ground or into a building with a final charge blow but then when the mini cut sccenehas finished there is no debree from the destroyed building or any crators in the ground from where the character was pounded head first into the ground ?

lots of work needs to be done still, but overall the game is set to be a classic for the new age of dragonball z i love the name it couldnt be better with anything else because it is still tenkaichi with the free flow movement so you cant take it out but it is ultimate because of the many characters, the NEW hero mode and lots more . Keep it up Namco and Spike and dont forget that its the fans your aiming this game at so dont overlook what we are all saying im sure most fans and people that have been watching the comic con demo playing and seen screenshots of the game feel the same about my views.

Eternal Dahaka-My Ideas for Ultimate Tenkaichi

2) Have at least as many characters as Budokai Tenkaichi 3. (They probably won't since big characters don't seem to be playable.) Some additions could be the minions for each bad guy and the ussj of goku.

3) Much better story animations. BT and RB's sucked. Bring it back to Budokai or Burst Limit's level at least.(Trailers already look promising)

4) A more in depth story with close to as many fights as BT2 but with the optional "story progression button" in BT3 as well as the fights requirements from BT2.

5) Custom characters (already stated) but be able to mix and match melee combos to create truly unique chracters.

6) Ultimate Customize aranging system from Raging Blast but with rpg elements from BT2.

7) Take out those damn quick time events. in story event they're fine but in gameplay they look stifling and based off a rock paper scissors concept.. They should just use vanishes and z-counters for counterattacks or just make up new moves to counterattack.

7.5) Add an on/off option for super movie events. Having to take the blast head on kills the freedom present in BT and RB.

8) Gameplay as deep as Budokai Tenkaichi 3. At least the same amount of combos(VERY IMPORTANT) and defensive moves as BT3 if not more, spamming limiters such as blast stocks or combo finishers.

9) Ties for blast struggles if there is no clear winner. The blast could explode and damage either player caught in that explosion.

10) Use original japanese translations. Huge fan of the voice acters just not a fan of the americanized script.

11) Overall less scripted stuff and more freedom.

Personal Stuffs

1) Gold fur costumes for ssj4s. It would make more sense to me. Silver would be nice too for ssj5 lulz...

2) More costumes for every character; namekian suit with cape for Gohan, Goku's original gi for ssj4 etc.

This really does take the p%*! Finally, they make it so that you can create a character, then go and mess it up by only leeting you make a male saiyan... I expected this to be ultimate as in the title, but you are

still going to leave people wanting more. So annoying. Ive been a fan since my teens and seen too many of these dbz games, waited this long for character creation and now you only allow saiyans. Sigh.

The Best Ideas IMO

1. A story mode which starts at the beginning of Dragonball and ends at the end of Dragonball GT (with each individual character staring where they would be during the beginning of Dragonball includin everyone character who was relatively young at this time, disincluding those who weren't born yet)
2. Have 'what-if' characters that we missed in the series NOT just any random what-ifs such as Kuririn (Piccolo and Krillin fusion),
3. Make all the Shadow Dragons, all androids that have ever appeared in either DB, DBZ or DBGT, Frieza's relevant henchmen, Piccolo's mutant brothers, relevent movie characters, relevant Garlic Jr. characters, or any relevant characters at ALL throughout the three Dragonballs playable characters
4. Make it that any number of characters can play at once (up to four or eight depending on the console) and have different types of matches like
5. Make new fighting backgrounds like Tuffle, the Other World Tournament arena, Dr. Jero's laboratory, Hell, Heaven, Uub's Village, Vegeta's Gravity Chamber, etc.
6. Use the same graphics used in Burst Limit but make the fighting area UNLIMITED so maybe calling the game Burst Unlimited would be good or just DragonBall Unlimited would be a good name for a new series
7. Let characters pick between different suits that their characters have worn throught the 3 DB series

After Watching All of the Trailers

I have come to the decision that people complain too much about the smallest things, a new fighting system and character creation in a DBZ game, you should be happy.

Instead of complaining, try suggustions for Ultimate Tenkaichi 2

like such examples

1. Changing attack names

2. Customizing attack properties(effects such as lightning or particles "A purple Spirit Bomb with black lightning around it")

3. Mixing and matching character clothes

4. Character's moral sides (different interactions with other characters)

5. What If Stories simular to Shin Budokai: Another Road, Raging Blast 1, and Budokai 3

6. Characters that haven't made many appearances or none at all, such as GT Goten, Emperor Pilaf (Robo Suit), Bulma (Robo Suit), Kid Krillin, Kid Piccolo

7. Guest Characters like Monkey D. Luffy(One Piece), Natsu Dragneel(Fairy Tail), Yusuke Urameshi (Yu Yu Hakusho), Seth(Street Fighter 4), Pegasus Seiya(Saint Seiya) or any thing else

If you keep complaining you just might get another DBZ game

I would personally like to see Future Android 17 and 18, since these two are my favorite characters. + Maybe some of the anime soundtracks (Bruce Faulconer).

More sound-effects and visual effects ex. more flashing and such. The ability to fend off the beams shot at you. (Like how Picollo does when Cell shoots his Special Beam Cannon on him)

I like that large list...A LOT of it if not all but the dbz should be downloadable at later times....i think super saiyan pan would be pretty cool...and super saiyan 5...if it must be in it the only person should be goku....i dont think anyone other than goku vegeta and gogeta should be ssj4....ssj4 vegito might be pretty cool though....i also think that the whole stage list should just be done with and do a stage selection like Zenkai Battle Royale where you get to choose where you start the battle and were the battle takes place (look it up on youtube Dragon Ball Zenkai Battle Royale Gameplay) its pretty sweet....i also like how when they are on the ground, they actually run instead of hover.....but again i like "Next Game Idea's" post....idk bout any of you but i see a lot of people complain that the rosters don't rival or exceed tenkaichi 3 and this certainly does.....and Torbie is one of my favorite filler characters I'd like to see him in it ..... AND DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION MUST BE IN IT THAT IS THE GREATEST IDEA TO HAVE MANGA/ANIME GOKU BEAT THE LIVING HELL OUT OF JUSTIN CHATWIN!!!

Obiviously add more characters, the roster from Ragin Blast 2, some DB characters and some more GT characters (like Goku, SSJ4 Vegeta, the other Shadow Dragons, etc..) Slightly better cutscenes (Vegeta didn't crush his scouter when he said the infamous line) I like the graphics of the HD series (Burst Limit, RB 1 & 2, and UT) but I wish they'd do like the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series and have graphics that are highly accurate to the show. I'd also want them to actually match lip movements like the Storm series, instead of the flapping lips and the open-mouthed expressions they have after talking. Transformations like in Ragin Blast 2, only more detailed. I liked how RB2 would zoom in on a character and they would make slight movements as they transform, whereas UT only shows a full body shot that most of their features are covered by Ki. They could incorporate more deatail (such as in his SSJ transformation, Goku's hair could spike upward as his eyes turn green before his hair becomes golden, etc) Character Creation Improvements: 1. More costumes (like Vegito's clothes, Potara Earrings, etc) 2. More Hair (Gotenks hair, Vegeta, Future Gohan, Teen Gohan, etc) 3. Offer more than 3 characters (maximum of like 10, maybe 15) and all characters share a storyline like SCIV (because who wants to replay the same story after so many times?) 4. Features from Soul Calibur series: customize individual parts like individual body parts (Arms, torso, etc), Tattoos, designs on clothing (being able to move the logo anywhere on the costume), individual costume parts (shirt, gloves, cape, pants, etc), Voice warping (like in SCV. give them true evil voices like an effect similar to Nightmare's voice. Also for so-called "fusions", give them a voice effect that sounds like two people talking, etc) 5. CHange color of attacks and re-namee them etc

and add hairstlyes never seen in dragon ball like: buzz cut, afro, long hair, etc

then make female saiyans, aliens, and saiyans without tails creatable.

and even if they make the game this badass, there's a little problem: it's the same story we've known for like 20 years.

A few ideas for this could be:

1. They could make a Dragon Ball Multiverse-like storyline, with more what-ifs within the DBZ series (i.e. SSJ3 Trunks, SSJ3 Gohan, SSJ4 Vegito, fusion of Gohan and Goku, etc) and bring back old what-if fusions or characters (SSJ3 Vegeta & Broly, Majin Cell & Frieza, Gokules, Tiencha, SSJ2 Trunks, Buu absorbed: Vegeta, Cell, Frieza, Tiencha, etc.)
2. A crossover with another anime: Bleach, Saint Seiya, Naruto, One Piece, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc. whatever they'd come up with.
3. In expansion of the above example, they could revamp the Jump Ultimate Stars or Battle Stadium DON series for the new console generation. It wouldn't exactly be a DBZ game, but could include DBZ characters.
