Perfect Cell vs a single Meta Cooler?

I think Meta Cooler would win because even though they both can regenerate and are far more powerful than a super saiyan, Meta Cooler's regeneration comes with info on how his limb was removed and never let that happen again.

Power-wise, Cell. But of course, this is Meta-Cooler and his hax regeneration...
Well Goku & Vegeta found the organic part of Cooler somehow (I forget how, been a while since I saw the movie) and beat him, so if Cell can do that, he wins. I don't know if Cooler can regenerate if he's completely blasted into dust (like Cell was), but if he can't, then Cell has this, since Cell is more than capable of that. If not, Cell is screwed.

A single metacooler was destroyed by pre-android saga Goku and Vegeta. During the Cell games, when all of the Z fighters are much more powerful, Vegeta says that not even by fighting all at once would they be a match for Perfect Cell. Remember Cell has the remarkable Saiyan trait that makes you siginicantly stronger after taking life threatning damages. So even if Meta Cooler was stronger, Cell could just let the battle drag on and demolish him! Still, Cell is stronger. A single Meta Cooler isn't really that strong. Thats why Cooler had to make an army of himself just to stand a chance against Goku and Vegeta.
