If the characters of naruto were scanned by a scouter, what do you think the estimate of their power level would be?

Sage of Six Paths - 140.
Madara Uchiha - 120.
Hashirama Senju - 122.
Hiruzen Sarutobi (Prime) - 115.
Naruto Uzamaki - 112
Minato Namikaze - 110.
Nagato Uzamaki - 110
Sasuke Uchiha- 106
Itachi Uchiha - 100
Ao - 99
Killer Bee - 97

Kyuubi[]
The Kyuubi has 400-1000 and the sage of six paths was actually at a levl beyond that probly 9,000 because he beat the ten tails and created a bunch of powerful jutsu by using it's power.
by dbz standards, no one, not even kyuubi or the sage did anything that roshi cant do. so they are not even up to 200.
avtually we dont know that because the 9 tails when it was free didnt have a reason or the intelligence to try and detroy the moonTjakari 00:05, June 16, 2011 (UTC)
and the sage had enough "energy" to hold the moon together plus who knows how strong he became when he sealed the ten tails in himself. so the energy to hold together and object may be atleast equal to the energy it takes to desrtoy itTjakari 00:05, June 16, 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, we'll play it your way. Let's say the Sage has a power level of about 150, since he did stuff with a moon. Now, let's say the 10-Tails has a power of about 150 too, since it was on the same level as the Sage himself. - Yes exactly but coming from the first comment on this section anything past 600 (really rough estimate i just threw a number out) is ridiculous to say the the least but since the kyuubi has almost infinite chakra a ninja could probably wear down at any object so they coudnt destroy a planet at once but he/she (most likely he since Naruto is a sausage fest) could wear down at a planet and destroy the core and watch the planet collapseTjakari 00:06, June 17, 2011 (UTC)

If your going by that logic then this should be called such not just power levels of Naruto Characters again it has nothing to do with Dragon Ball why not post this on a Naruto wiki.
yes but:1. the same ting wud happen theyd say it shud be on DB WIKI cus of the power levels, 2. i know sum people who are unaware of the existence of dragon ball( as messed up that may be) so they wud say "what the fuck crap are yu talking about, power levels i dunno i gues the kages are a million or sumin" , and 3. iv been on N wiki thers no real discussion its just whos hotter sauske, neji, sakura, ino no what ifs no speculation just fangirls debating on their anime crushes so it wudnt work.4. unless 1 one of the moderators(....uughh!!!) shows up and closes this its gonna stayTjakari 03:42, June 18, 2011 (UTC)
the thing is, that technically there isn't a way to find out the power level, I mean there isn't a power level system in naruto, just estimates, and actually we could compare the two strongest demon/monster/hero/etc. There's Goku (probably) and then you have a huge evil beast called kyubi/nine-tails/etc. with infinite power but nine-tails is SECOND not first, but SECOND to ten-tails. I haven't participated in the forums over there, oh btw fan of both, I never read the comments, and there are guy fans of naruto too. Don't have a signature.
No one in Naruto is above 139[]
Everyone in Naruto is way below 138, because no one has blow up a moon in a single blast that I can recall.
from what I recall Rossi has never created life before and he didn't discover ki. Well then so6p did that so6p called destroy all dragonball charatars and everyone in the dbz Saiyan saga to after that the sage in power would lose to goku but thing is dbz charatars are fast and strong read minds have telekinetic powers and have ki attacks naruto charatars? Naruto can clone himself sasuke can copy you neji can see 360 degrees lee has the gates Sakura can heal ino can possess you shikamaru can trap you with shadows shino can drain power and that's part 1 imagine what charatars do in part 2 hmm? So while dbz charatars are the most powerful naruto charatars are the most useful. PS. Doesn't rasenshuriken destroy cells or something like that? Would of helped against buu wouldn't it?

I gotchu guys. Roshi was NOT at 139 when he VAPORIZED (key word) the Moon itself. Let’s say it’s a.. At the lowest 40% (1.4x) buff, for his Muscular Increase (Buff Form)? And we can assume regular Kamehameha’s are at the lowest, a 1.8x buff. 1.4 multiplied by 139, you get 194.6. Multiply that by 1.8, and you get 350.28. And that’s absurdly strong. I am going by your low buff idea’s, by the way. And that’s not his full power kamehameha, so that would be a 2.4 times buff, at least, making. it 467.04
A high ball would put it at this:
Buff Form: 1.6x
Roshi: 139
Buff Roshi: 222.4
Kamehameha (FP): 2.8x
Kame FP Buff Roshi: 629.44
This is a good formula for scaling.
