A Super Saiyan sighted flying over China, pay close attention at 00:30, you can see the mighty Saiyan power up and increase speed! I guess Goku's headed off to fight Cell, don't worry guys, he's got this! (Yes this is sarcasm... but it does look like a Super Saiyan)
