Questionable[]
This is common belief:
SSJ3=400x base
SSJ4=500 x base.
Now the only thing we must find out is whether SSJ4 Gogeta is 100 times stronger then Omega Shenron. If he is, then SSJ3 Gogeta is also stronger. But i don't think so. Being double stronger than someone is enough to play around with him, let alone 100 times.

We don't know if SSJ3 Gogeta would play around with Omega like SSJ4 Gogeta did. Also, SSJ3 puts more strain on the user than SSJ4 does. Along with that, we don't know how much the fusion time would decrease due to Gogeta using SSJ3. In the case of Gotenks, he only got five minutes. This may not be the case with Gogeta, but he's never been seen in SSJ3 outside of DBH, so his fusion time limit while SSJ3 is unknown, and we all know the time limit is crucial against powerful enemies like Omega.
