In a fantasy world where a new Dragon Ball series were produced, what would you want this series to be like? Would it be in the gap between Z and GT, or a continuation to GT? I personally would prefer a continuation of GT, but with a good plot. One where the remaining Z fighters must fend off threats to earth without the aid of Goku (as he is training with shenrahn) and where the super sayian transformations slow waaaay down. I can see multiple ways of continuing the plot without making it a similiar BS story like GT.

I think thats a great idea. For me personally, I got tired of seeing goku always be the one who would defeat all the enemies.
My idea would be to have the Z fighters teaching a new group of fighters martial arts so they could protect earth after the Z fighters were gone.
