Who is goku's mom ive always wondered about that

No one told anything about Goku's Mom. Which is weird, considering a Saiyan's hair never changes after he/she is born and her mother somehow gave birth to Raditz. <_<

Some people used to say it was Shiratto, or something like that. Someone later said that it was not Shiratto, but a female Saiyan named Tanippu. They said Akira had early sketches of Gokus mom, but discarded them later on. No one knows officially, but you can find out more by Googling it. SuperGogeta91 (talk) 22:34, September 5, 2012 (UTC)

Has to be Long Haired

I don't know who it is, but I'm sure it's not Seripa (Fasha). She has to be long haired, so it can really explain why Raditz has long hair. Rude Pointer (talk) 03:40, November 17, 2012 (UTC)

actually if raditz was able to go ss 3 and not again then it could be that his hair permantly stay like that

he dosn't have a mom.. he was grown in a planet vegeta saiyan vegie patch and given to bardock.. nuff said

Goku has a mom. We just don't know who his mom is because she was never seen.

They never officially state anything about Goku's mother not a name, not a picture nothing, nor do they for Vegeta's mom, or videl's mom and all we get with Chichi's mom is a painting in the background with her head cut off. /end rant

While I wouldn't put it past a Saiyan woman to give birth, jump in the healing chamber, then go to another planet and start bashing skulls in lol. I think it's pretty darn near impossible for it to be Fasha. Most planets get take more then a day to get to with spacepods it seems. Tanipu is just a reallly nicely done fan character from a Dōjinshi (fan manga). it's the way I like to imagine she looks like.

NOT Fasha

people keep thinking Fasha is Gokus mom even tough it was never state in the series

its not fasha because the first time we see bardonck is when hes on a planet and I tink tora said "hey when is is your sons birth day and bardock said i dont know but it was a avery long time ago so fasha said why dont you visit YOUR son so she is not the mother .

well i think its because goku was born near the start of the movie so it cant be Fahsa

Who is the real mother of Goku?

Wanna know the truth? Akira Toriyama-sama realesed the identity of Goku's mother. He said it's a saiyajin named Gine.Gine is the real mother of Goku.  Gine, unlike other saiyan, was a saiyan who didn't liked fighting. Gine used to be a member of Bardock's team. While she was that team's part, Bardock saved her life many times. So this made a romance of Bardock and Gine, and the two grew to have a special bond. That was a pretty rare case of saiyans, who don't e\develope man-woman relationships except for breeding purposes. As she cut for fight, she went to work at a meat distribution  center in Vegeta Planet. On Planet Vegeta, Gine is butchering meat when Bardock returns from a mission and both greets each other in a hug. She tells Bardock that Raditz is already a fighter, and is working with Prince Vegeta. Since they are far away, though, they have not returned yet. When Bardock asks if Kakarot is still in the incubator, she replies yes and tells that took three years. Gine then say that she will take Kakarot out soon. A while later, Bardock tells Gine that he will steal an Attack Ball in the night so that they can send Kakarot to another planet. Gine questions Bardock, who reassures her that it is for Kakarot's sake. Gine then says that it is not like a Saiyan to worry about his children. Bardock shoots back that her "softness" disease spread to him too. Later on, when Bardock brings the Attack Ball at night, he and Gine put a little grown and desperate Kakarot in it. Gine suggests they all run away, but Bardock says it is no use since they would immediately be found through the scouters. Gine nervoursly says to her son that if his father is just overthinking this, they will come after him right away. Bardock warns Kakarot not to look for too long at the full moon; they will tell Raditz about this too and Kakarot's whereabout. Bardock also warns Kakarot to watch out for the Galactic Patrolmen as the pod starts to shoots off the planet. Bardock puts his arm around Gine and both watch their son leaving Planet Vegeta.

I do believe that his mother was a Saiyan called Gine as it says in the Manga, making a debut in, "Dragon Ball Minus" This is where Raditz gets his long hair
