who is stronger.
LR says....
its striaght up gohans ssj2 he was kick @$$ vegeta coulndt compete!!
vegeta ssj2.
when vegeta ssj2 and goku ssj2 were fighting in majin buu saga vegeta commented that goku ssj2 is much stronger than gohan (when he fought cell) and vegeta was equal to goku in their fight. So vegeta ssj2 is much stronger

What form of Gohan?
Edit
Do you mean Teen Gohan SSJ2 or World Tournament Saga Gohan SSJ2? The Gohan from the World Tournament would lose against Vegeta SSJ2, since Gohan has gotten a lot weaker in those 7 years. However, I'm not so sure about Teen Gohan SSJ2 against Vegeta SSJ2. Would be a great match
Vegeta SSJ2 is more powerful than both Teen Gohan SSJ2 & World Tournament Saga Gohan SSJ2. When Goku & Vegeta fought each other and powered up to Super Saiyan 2...Vegeta commented about Goku's power saying "well at least your stronger than your son was against Cell"
Either Way maybe
Edit
Well I assume you need Cell Games SSJ2 Gohan and against plain SSJ2 Vegeta (Not majin, the one who was equal with SSJ2 Goku). In that sense I believe Vegeta would be equal at best, but might lose since even with Vegeta's years of training, Gohans power was so far beyond Vegeta and even Goku but I dunno. I could be wrong and Vegeta has the edge, I'm not a DBZ Expert unfortunately.--xGHxMcCloud018 19:02, April 18, 2012 (UTC)
when he fought dabura.
The Prince of Saiyans
Edit
-It's pretty simple Cell Games Gohan > Teen Gohan.
-Vegeta early in the World Martial Arts Tournament Saga said that he'd done nothing but trained and surpassed Gohan (most likely referring to Gohan at peak strength).
-During the tournament Vegeta is disappointed with how little energy Gohan is putting out in comparison to the Cell Games.
-Vegeta is naturally a fighter unlike Gohan who has to get angry to unlock his strength.
-Vegeta was on par with Goku who was stronger than Pikkon after training for only a few weeks in Other World.
All signs point to Vegeta being stronger than any form of SS2 Gohan, and if you're referring to End of DBZ Vegeta there's no question. End of DBZ Vegeta in base form is probably on par with SS3 Goku.
I suppose it would be Vegeta, he has much more experience, and he is supposedly a fighting genious.

We are talking about vegeta nt majin vegeta,so gohan is the strongest
^Majin spell doesn't give any power boost at all. It just makes the user evil. In Vegetas case, this is what he wanted since he was stronger when he was evil and not thinking about his family all the time. He even admits it in one of the episodes. I don't know why people still think Majin Vegeta>>SSJ2 Vegeta. It's the same damn person, same damn strength. SuperGogeta91 (talk) 14:53, September 11, 2012 (UTC)
^So explain to my the Spopovich thing. He was only human he couldn't get so strong from the last time he fought Mr. Satan. Yet he was stronger than Videl, which is pretty big thing, Videl was pretty good. I think Vegeta was able to go SSJ2 before he had M on his forehead but it doesn't mean he didn't get any power boost. I don't remember when he admited that, what you're saying. And even if I am wrong, you said
"In Vegetas case, this is what he wanted since he was stronger when he was evil" so it gave power boost to Vegeta, not directly powered him up but it made him so evil that his power level went higher anyway, so what's the diffrience. So you admited it that in Vegeta's case Majin Spell change something besides his character. Not only made him evil but also made him stronger since his anger and hate for Goku gave him some power boost. Oko500 (talk) 16:23, September 11, 2012 (UTC)
Spopovich wasn't stronger, he just didn't get hurt by Videls attacks. Videl was clearly stronger, but did you know why she got beat? Because she ran out of juice, while Spopovich had almost a "Buu like" stamina. She kept hitting him and hitting him and even broke his neck in which she got disqualified for, but Spopovich came back. Hmmm doesn't seem like much of a human to me. And what I meant with Vegetas power was that he was back to the way he was in Saiyan Saga...with no remorse for anything but himself. That's what gave him the power...the DRIVE...to fight on par with Goku. Without that, he was just another good guy, which is something Vegeta didn't want when fighting Goku. You didn't paste my full answer which is why it seemed as if though I implied that Vegeta received a power boost. Go back and watch what Vegeta says. He clearly says he wanted to be like how he was before starting a family. Does that mean he was stronger in Saiyan Saga than he is now? That would make no sense at all. He says nothing about getting stronger. SuperGogeta91 (talk) 22:01, September 11, 2012 (UTC)
- Actually, if you read the manga, it says that Babidi's spell unlocks your latent power (something that at various times has happened to Goku, Krillin, and Gohan), so his spell did make Spopovich and Vegeta stronger in that all of their unlocked potential was brought out. GreenDragonRanger (talk) 14:59, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
- Yea, I remember him saying that he wanted to be like before. No, it doesn't mean he was stronger in Saiyan Saga. He was talking about his feelings, feelings he once again had after the Majin Spell but it doesn't mean he didn't get the power boost as well. He saw Goku fighting Yakon and realized that even tho he's been training for those 7 years, Goku still was stronger. He again, wanted to feel this pure hate for Goku and desire for being stronger. And I truly belive that Spopovich got stronger. He could fly - that's something rather unusual for humans. I think Vegeta knew that Majin Spell can give him some boost just like it gave Spopvich his strenght. I understand what you wanted to say, that Vegeta's anger and hate made him stronger and those feelings are caused by Majin Spell so in some way Majin Spell made Vegeta stronger. But personaly I do belive that Majin Spell also gave him actual power boost. Oko500 (talk) 22:43, September 15, 2012 (UTC)
Maybe Gohan
Edit
I'm assuming that this is Gohan at the Cell Games and Vegeta before becoming a Majin.
First off, Vegeta did gain power as a Majin. Sure, sure, he became evil, but he flat-out tells Goku that despite (possibly) doing better training, the gap between him and Goku had not changed, which is why Vegeta gave himself over to Babidi - to close the gap. Goku = Majin Vegeta > Vegeta.
Now, when Gohan sees Vegeta at his house, Vegeta says something along the lines of, "You should always train, even in times of peace. You haven't been training. You were once much stronger than me; I wonder what the gap is now?"
That's not very close to the actual line, but it was something like that. It almost sounds like Vegeta is saying, "I got stronger, you got weaker. How do we stack up now?" Seems to imply he hadn't surpassed Gohan's old power.
So, I think:
Goku = Majin Vegeta = Dead/Revived Vegeta > Gohan (at Cell Games) >= Vegeta (pre-Majin) >> Gohan (Buu saga).
That guy pointed his finger and Kakarot fell down!

^I usually agree with you PrinceVegeta, but this time I think i have to disagree. Vegeta never stated he got more powerful from the Majin spell. All he said about the Majin spell was that it brings out the hatred and evil within someone. This was the core reason Vegeta gave himself up to it. No one else seems to be stronger from the Majin spell either. Dabura was never shown without Majin...Spopovich wasn't stronger, as I stated above, he was just more durable. Majin Vegeta=SSJ2 Vegeta IMO. If someone could provide concrete evidence that Majin Vegeta>SSJ2 Vegeta, than by all means, I'm wrong. Anyways Majin or not, Vegeta destroys SSJ2 Kid Gohan. Power is the same, but the experience and brilliance of Vegeta outways everything Gohan has. SuperGogeta91 (talk) 00:46, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
^ Very well, SuperGogeta. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
You might know by know that I'm a fan of using the manga for proof. Well, here you go:
Chapter: 456 (DBZ 262), P4.3
Context: as Babidi takes control of Vegeta
Babidi: “While I’m at it, I’ll draw out his hidden power to beyond [his? its?] limits!”
^ So right there, Babidi says he'll "draw out his dormant power".
Chapter: 458 (DBZ 264), P10.3-4, P11.2-3
Context: after Goku and Vegeta fight a bit
Goku: “Un-unbelievable…I thought I trained considerably in the afterlife…But we’re completely even…You trained more than me…”
Vegeta: “…No, that’s not it…I think I did perform more special training than you, but you’re a greater genius than I am…No matter how much time passed, this gap wouldn’t change…I realized this, when you fought with that monster Babidi sent…It was a shock…That’s why I secretly resolved myself…[ ] At the tournament, the people who knew that pair who Babidi made into his underlings said that they had become far stronger than before…I remembered that, and I thought…That if I were taken over by him too, then the gap between you and me would vanish…And I was right…”
^ Like I said, he did it to close the gap.
Chapter: 452 (DBZ 258), P1.1-4
Goku: “Gohan, it’s your turn next, but have you trained properly?”
Vegeta: “Unfortunately, it seems he got carried away in peace and didn’t do any significant training. Our powers are higher than his now…Though I suppose there’s no telling what would happen if he snapped and went into a frenzy… ”
^ We already know Goku was stronger than Gohan was at the Cell Games, and I've just proved that Vegeta got a power boost from the Majin spell. Look at this quote closely - it almost sounds as if he is saying "He got weaker - that's why I'm stronger than him now", as though he was only stronger than this older Gohan before the Majin spell.
So, my two possibilities are: Pre-Majin Vegeta = Kid Gohan (he was a kid at the Cell Games, not a teen).
OR: Kid Gohan >= Pre-Majin Vegeta.
Take it from that proof and a Vegeta fanboy, dude. :)
PS: My power levels list says Pre-Majin Vegeta >> Kid Gohan, but that's 'cause I still haven't updated it. So don't use that to get at me. :P
HOWEVER, I will agree that in an actual fight, Vegeta may very well pull in the victory...his skill, experience, and genius proves that...

Okay, great. Evidence accepted. Majin Vegeta>SSJ2 Vegeta. BUT, I still believe even without the Majin Spell, SSJ2 Vegeta would've beaten SSJ2 Kid Gohan. I think his power level was higher, than even Kid Gohans. Answer to the topic;SSJ2 Vegeta>>SSJ2 Kid Gohan (no matter how you look at it). SuperGogeta91 (talk) 23:32, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
^ Nothing contradicts that so.....as you wish, master. ;)

Vegeta is
Edit
I've always thought that Vegeta and Goku were equal to each other in whatever form they were in. They were equal when they first met, and from that point on when one surpassed the other the other would catch up. SS1 Vegeta and SS1 Goku were equal. SS2 Vegeta and SS2 Goku were equal. SS3 Vegeta would be equal to SS3 Goku if he ever reached that point. Goku and Vegeta were each more powerful than Goten and Trunks and more powerful than Gohan if they were in the same state, however Gohan did contain more power than both of them. He just never unlocked his full potential until the Old Kai did it for him, in which case he became more powerful than either Vegeta or Goku. 75.109.228.114 01:46, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
Vegeta is way stronger because he was holding his own against Majin Buu, but Gohan was struggling with Cell, who is not even half as strong as fat Buu.
^He was talking about Ultimate Gohan. He is way stronger than Goku/Vegeta, not about SSJ2 Gohan. Mystic Gohan could've destroyed Super Buu, which is waaaaay more powerful than Fat Buu. Oko500 (talk) 14:23, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
The title clearly says ssj2 vegeta vs ssj2 gohanK1lp1k0nna (talk) 14:42, September 14, 2012 (UTC)K1lp1k0nna
I know I know but I was talking about the last sentence, "He just never unlocked his full potential until the Old Kai did it for him, in which case he became more powerful than either Vegeta or Goku.". But other than that yea, of course SSJ2 Vegeta was stronger than SSJ2 Teen/Adult Gohan. He said it to Goku that he (Goku) is at least stronger than his son was during The Cell Games and as Majin Vegeta was equal to SSJ2 Goku so obviously he was stronger than SSJ2 Gohan. And I do belive that Majin Spell gave Vegeta some power boost and after he died he got weaker but in my opinion he was still stronger in his SSJ2 state than any SSJ2 Gohan, Teen/Adult etc. Oko500 (talk) 15:03, September 14, 2012 (UTC)
