For me, it's between Future Gohan & Future Trunks...

Hmm, well that's a tuff one. There's just so many awesome characters to choose from. For me, it's between Future Gohan and Future Trunks. The History of Trunks is such a great movie. Future Gohan is way more legit then Regular Gohan. He had to train all by himself in his time and become a Super Sayain without any help from anyone. Also he was really strong, he almost beat the Androids himself with just one arm and he was only a regular Super Sayain. The only reason the Androids defeated him was because they teamed up on him. Future Trunks is awesome too! He had no one in his time, he lost his only friend, Gohan, to the Androids and at that moment he became a Super Sayain the old fashion way, through the pain of loss. Let's not forget, he also saved the future and the past as well. If it wasn't for him, history would have just repeated itself. Goku would have died from the heart virus and everything would have been lost to the Androids once again. So if I have to choose one, i guess it would have to be Future Gohan!!!! DBZ 4 Life my Friends!!!!!

Mine is Puar, he's always the funny one and he really cracks me up. He is the first person in DB to be able to use Ki to fly. Some say he's the most powerful being in the universe, because he can change into anything. That's just rumours though, but we can't denie that he's stronger than Goku SSJ 2.

Mine would be Android 18. Because she's smart and she can pack a punch. She's a true Z Figther just like the others, fighting even knowing that she wouldn't win, like against Broly, Cell, and Super Android 17.

I love both these guys so much! Goku is the goofy, kindhearted, leader of the group who will do anything to protect his family and friends no matter what the cost. I love how he forgives his enemies, no matter what they had done. Vegeta is the badass, tactical one who has a heart full of pride for his himself and his heritage. I love his whole story about his dark past, which I think gives him more depth as a character. I especially like how he changed over the course of the series from the mean arrogant badass, to the cool badass that cares about his family and friends. Also, they both kick major butt! I love it when they team up and fight together. They make a great team, and even though they have arguments(which I find hilarious), they always find a way to win. One of my favorite scenes with them is when they give eachother the "thumbs-up" sign after defeating kid buu with the spirit bomb. It really showed how they were finally friends. Also, the Vegeta giving respect to Goku also showed how they still have a rivalry, but it's a friendly one. Goku and Vegeta both have very diverse chracteristics (sorta like opppsites) to me and that is why they are my favorite characters.Msdbzfanssjelite 05:03, March 17, 2012 (UTC)

VEGITO!

My favourite would be Vegito. The cockiness of that guy...And his attitude.He is the strongest character in the manga but as far as I am concerned he could be the weakest.He just inherated the best traits from Goku and Vegeta.I love the way he teases buu.Like a cat plays with a mouse before the kill.Easygoing, cheerful nature, easily toying with his opponents. I love how he becomes kindhearted but still badass.

I like Goku too but Vegeta more.

My favorite DBZ Character is Piccolo

Piccolo fighting against Android 17

In the beginning (DB), Piccolo's only purpose was to revenge his father by defeating Goku and then taking over the world. When he was born he did not seem to have anything good within himself altough I felt very sad for him (as a kid) when he saw a family celebrating their childs birthday. Piccolo got angry, messed up the house and in the end destoryed the childs birthdaygift, showing me that in some way he also might have wanted to live in a family and at least being loved or at least been taken care of for he was left totally alone in the woods. Also then as kid he was able to blast away the dog which was chasing him, showing how powerful he already was as a kid (compared to namekian standards, Dende was not as strong or at least it was not shown that he had this kind of strength as a kid neither as a teen). And also because he inherited all his knowledge from his father, King Piccolo, making him quite an intelligent and of course strong opponent from the very beginning.

And as we all know in DBZ his Character totally changed because of Gohan. Alone the fact that Piccolo took care of Gohan was quite a suprise for me because he too was full of himself in the beginning (a bit like Vegeta) despite the fact that he already had helped Goku against Raditz.
He trained Gohan and Gohan showed him what it meant to care for eachother, depending on somebodys help but too also to be there and help if somebody is in need, calling Piccolo his big green unlce (which made me laugh). Also did Piccolo not only train Gohan but also raised him into a stronger boy teaching him mostly everything he knew.
During that time Piccolo reconsidered and realised what friendship meant and that it is a much more important cause worth fighting for instead of revenging his father who only knew how to destroy and harm the people on earth. His selfish intentions and egoism totally vanished.
In the fight with Nappa while Piccolo died he also said that Gohan has changed him and that Gohan was the son he never had also showing how much Piccolo cherished Gohan which was a huge step in Piccolos character development. And changing yourself in character is not the easiest thing to do and it takes courage too.

For me his death alone was one of the most tragic ones in the DBZ Series. To be honest I really had to cry seeing a character who finally found his path to do good and perished doing so. Seeing a villain growing into one of the greatest heroes was of course a bit clichee but still at that point I really got fond of Piccolo. Not only showing how good he is but also how great of a person he had become.

While Piccolo was on King Kai's planet he still remained to be the independant Warrior but he also was the most serious of all (he somehow has always been) and in a way he always had to play the "cool" guy not being able to loosen up and make King Kai laugh (later he did unintentionally) and showing others that he was "better" than them. It was not something that irritated me it was rather funny and I liked it that way and I did not want to have it any other way for it was just like Piccolo should be.

After arriving on Namek, Piccolo found Nail who was nearly dying because he got beaten up by frieza. Again Piccolo's showed how high his ego was because he first could not accept the offer Nail gave him, wanting to fuse with him, making him stronger. Altough the scene was not very long Piccolo did put down his own ego, allowing Nail to fuse with him, trying to help his people, the Nameks, and his friends.

It was also interesting to see how Piccolo and Kami treated eachother. Piccolo hated the fact that he and Kami were one being once and that was also the reason why he in a way hated kami for that fact (altough during the Garlic jr. Saga I thought that Piccolo still cared a little bit for Kami but of course his own life was on stake too then so I could not say for sure). And I could also see that Kami who in the beginning wanted to lock Piccolo away actually began caring for Piccolo also calling him "his son" once.
The funny thing is altough King Piccolo spitted out the egg and his characteristics were seen in Piccolo while the series went on, Piccolo's characteristics went more in Kamis "direction". Also during the Android/Cell Saga Piccolo then finally fused with kami getting stronger than an untrained Super Saiyan and becoming the strongest Namek (or Super Namek) and also wisest Warrior which has ever existed. Which is cool!
Also after the fight with Cell, Piccolo was one of the first characters who saw that Krillin had fallen for Android 18. He actually helped Krillin a bit, by telling Android 18 that Krillin was looking after her the whole time. Which I thought was nice of Piccolo to do (altough at some point he still could not understand what the idea of love was to humans, or at least he mentioned something like that).

The only real disappointing fact about Piccolo for me was that during the buu saga and in GT, his role got totally cut down. During the buu saga he looked like he was a total weakling (altough he was not) and he got to be a babysitter. But still I have to admit there were funny scenes betweed Goten, Trunks (Gotenks) and Piccolo but still I just did not like the fact that two half saiyan children were so much stronger than the Super Namek. It just did not felt right for me. Also respecting the supreme kai so very much (I mean showing respect is one thing but he made it look like you were not even able to look at the supreme kai etc.) really got on my nerves and also the fact that he freaked out that Kami's lookout got destroyed by buu. I always told myself that he had too much Kami inside him during that time.

But again in GT (I did not like the series but well I still watched it) he again had a tragic death dying all alone with earth sacrificing himself so that the Black Star Dragon Balls would disappear and in the end being trapped in Hell for helping Goku.
Again I was able to see his great personality helping out his friends and the people of earth. I did not like the fact that he is trapped in Hell but in a way it suits him being the hero of hell.
As I said his Characterdevelopment was immense. He is a good friend and somebody you can always rely on. He is very cunning has a strategic mind and is very wise/intelligent which lacks within most of the Z fighters. Gracemeishan 12:48, May 8, 2012 (UTC)

hes an awesome character and a great fighter, plus hes one of if not the smartest Z fighter and one of those friends you can always rely on. hes a great teacher and dosn't tollerate stuffing around, and he will make you a great warrior.
