"Fire four unmoving Ki Blasts forward!"
The user fires 4 stationary energy spheres in front of them that explode upon making contact with the opponent. As the 4 energy spheres remain stationary after being fired they can be used to make the battlefield more hazardous for the opponent though it also makes them easy to avoid if the opponent avoids coming in connect with them. If fired at an opponent at close range then all the spheres will hit the opponent and explode.
