The Gill Missile is one of Pan's Blast 2 attacks in the Budokai Tenkaichi series. First, Pan rushes at the opponent and delivers a kick and hand slap to their stomach before uppercutting them into the air. Then, she and Giru fly down to the ground, where Pan points at the opponent and shouts, "Let's show off!" Giru opens his torso and reveals a missile in the front (hence the name "Gill Missile"). Finally, while Pan is covering her ears, Giru fires off the missile up at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
Originally, the missile does not actually inflict damage at the opponent in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2. This is fixed in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, with the missile Giru fired actually damaging the opponent.
