"Unleashes Ki Blasts in a wide area centered on yourself. This technique is useful both offensively and defensively."
A technique where the user unleashes multiple ki blasts in all direction from their aura (similar to Broly's Blaster Meteor). This technique was originally used in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods by Beerus during his battle with Goku in the Underground Lake after Goku's Super Saiyan God form had timed out. Beerus used the technique out of anger after being hit with a high speed punch by Goku.
"Fire Ki Blasts in all directions."

- The term Gekirin (or Nilin via Chinese/pinyin reading) is a term to describe the wrath of either a ruler or dragon invoked by someone (and is often translated as "imperial wrath"). Via the motifs that rulers and dragons share with each other in past times, the literal translation of the characters used in the term is "inverted scale".
