As he says "I'll show you Hell!", Frieza charges at the opponent and knees them up into the air. Then, he flies up at the opponent to impale them in the chest with one of his horns. Next, he shifts his head up and down, further injuring the opponent and causing more blood to leak out of them. Finally, Frieza throws the opponent off his horn down to the ground and blasts them with a Punishing Blaster, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

The technique appears in a cutscene in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai. The attack can be then performed. The technique can be performed as Frieza's Ultimate Blast in his second form in the Budokai Tenkaichi series; it was originally named "Pleasurable Frieza Time" in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi, but this was later changed to "HAIL Frieza" in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and Budokai Tenkaichi 3. HAIL Frieza is also Frieza's ultimate attack in his second form in the Raging Blast games and Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi. Without the finishing Punishing Blaster, the rush's horn impalement appears in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z under the name Death Fork.
